Can you just confirm for me please.
I have a site with 2 mapped domains.
So I need to just add all 3 sites (primary and 2 mapped subdomains) directly on the Cloudflare website.
But I have to skip this plugin, right?
Or can it still be enabled in some way?

Tried the redirect option in the post you recommended but didn’t work.
But after I deleted those redirects and entered the A record again, like magic the sites instantly came on.
So probably was some propagating thing.
I was patient though, this is was almost a week from my try and I only started becoming very worried after a few days waiting.
Anyway, the sites came on but were not resolving using www.
And www for main site was going directing to server root.
I found this
rewritecond %{http_host} ^www\.yourdomainhere\.com [nc]
rewriterule ^(.*)$ http://yourdomainhere.com/$1 [r=301,nc]here http://wordpress.org/support/topic/htaccess-to-send-www-to-non-www-not-working?replies=3
which fixed the www on the main site but www still not working on mapped subdomains.
I did make some dns changes on these 2 mapped subdomains a couple of days back so maybe they will come on soon.
By looking at the htaccess above can you see any reason why the mapped subdomains might not be working?
This is driving me nuts. And everyone can see a broken site up right now.
Anyone any idea why everything works while connecting using the hosts file on my pc and not when I add entries at the domain registar.
Ok, so ow the only thing I have access to is the dashboards(not sites) on the 2 subdomains
The main domain is gone completely.
Unrefined stress.

Ok, just an update, to help anyone else experiencing the same problems.
For the 2 subdomains, we had an extra 2 admins (one on each)
Deleting these users and in the super admin panel, under all sites/sites/site settings.
change the default email here to the super admins email.

I looked at all forum posts before posting and the link you gave me is defiantly the most relevant.
The difference is that the other poster, has all emails matching over all domains.
We don’t have that, and are getting that message
“You should define at least another blog in a different language in order to have some benefit from this plugin!”
on the 2 subdomains.
We just can’t see what to do.
Our Primrary domain – is a sample.it (italian)
Subdomain-1 is – de.sample2.it (german)
Subdomain-2 is – en.sample.com (english)
These all have different emails matching each domain.
Do you think we have we messed this up.
Do we need to do a fresh install of everything?

On the Super Admin Dashboard, under Users, All Users, I have the
-Admin – Super Admin – admin@sample.com
-Second user – admin@sample2.com
-Third user – admin@sample.net
