    Hi @jshg00

I’m glad to hear you’ve identified the issue. Thank you for reporting it on the forum, where it will assist others

    Hi @colyz93

Google provides the following information regarding adding countries with a different primary language and a different currency than the country for which you originally created your product data.

If a new country is added that uses a different primary language, you should create a separate feed with the product data translated into the new language. Any currency conversions will take place automatically, so the customer sees the cost in their local currency.

Our plugin currently supports only one language per site.

    Hi @heidifostermitchell

I’m sorry to hear you’re having difficulty. I have checked your site, but am unaware of the current shipping setup, so was not able to checkout even with a test card – your test card data in the logs is quite correct, by the way.

We’ll need to look at additional log data – the entire transaction response may contain more information. Since that may include sensitive data, we’d like you to open a support ticket.

Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.`

    Hi @chariotsofthyer

It’s great to hear you have managed to get the sync to work by reducing the size of the sync batch.

We’ll be happy to assist on your other issues once you have more information logged. You’d be welcome to contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

In the meantime, I am going to mark this thread as resolved.

    Hi @danielmk

It definitely seems you’ll need to extend the extension to achieve this. Although we can’t help you, as this is a fairly complex development topic, I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.

I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.

You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.

    Hi @veleclaptor

As mentioned, Facebook for WooCommerce does not support Instagram, and for Instagram feeds we recommend you look at an extension designed specifically for Instagram.

But from the screenshot you have shared earlier, it also seems the site has no valid data for your Facebook connection. Normally, this would be populated with the information about your shop.

Can you attempt to connect your site to Facebook again, using the connect button. If your connection attempt fails, can you explain exactly at what stage of the process it fails at?

We’d be happy to assist further with some more information. If you feel uncomfortable sharing anything on the forum, you’re welcome to open a ticket with us by contacting us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    Hi @fotske

It does, indeed, seem that your products are out of sync. As a first step in solving this, could you please proceed to Marketing > Facebook > Connection on your site, and Enable debug mode by clicking the Log plugin events for debugging on.

Then, proceed to Marketing > Facebook > Product sync and click the Sync Products button.

Depending on how many products you have, this process can take some time.

Once you are sure the process has completed, please check your catalog to ensure products have updated. If they have updated, and the variations have been removed, all is good.

If not, then try deleting the product from your Facebook catalog manually. If this does not work, we will have to take the next step in the troubleshooting process.

For this, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there, as we will be able to investigate your log files generated by the debugging process.

    Hi there

Thank you for the additional information.

I see from the System Status Report that you are using Instagram Feed Pro Business: av Smash Balloon – 5.12.9 for your Instagram feed.

This is correct, because it is important to note that Facebook for WooCommerce does not support Instagram at this time. When connecting Facebook for WooCommerce you should not select Instagram as an option.

Can you confirm that you are using the same Facebook user account to connect all three sites?

    Hi @werbebo

Thank you very much for the input. It does appear that the problem lies with this line.

We will open an issue on Github.

While changing the core WooCommerce Payments code will work in this case, it will be important to remember each time the plugin is updated the workaround wil need to be redone.

    Hi @iguanamom

The difficulty these days is that a number of cards and payment methods might be available to a customer who is visiting from one country or marketplace, but not to a visitor who is visiting from another country or marketplace. It is not entirely about where the site is situated, but rather about where the customer is.

This is the problem the new interface works to solve: customers see what is most relevant to them. As you enter the first digits in the card number, the card type is identified (4242 is a test Visa card, for example, as see in the screenshot: https://d.pr/Q6Vm9N).

WooCommerce Payments currently uses Stripe as a payment processor in the background, but your site is using WooCommerce Payments as it’s payment gateway method. I hope that helps.

    Hi @effiekyr

Thank you for this. We have seen some conflicts with the Flatsome theme, particularly where shortcodes from Flatsome are being used. Could you take a look at the shortcodes in your product?

Does the SKU which is appearing in the product match the SKU of the last product ID in the last shortcode in the product description/Flatsome UX Builder?

One way to test this would be to switch to the Storefront Theme temporarily, and check to see if the SKU changes.

    Hi @stellathirteen

Thank you for your detailed reporting of the issue. An issue for this currently exists at Github at the WooCommerce Blocks repository. You can find it here.

The fix is due for release in v6.6.0. You can subscribe to updates by subscribing to the issue on Github.

If you would like to roll back to an older release, they can be found at Githun here

    Hi @avivaltc

This sounds like the main WP_Query on the page is being reset.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Alternatively, if you are not comfortable with that, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    Hi @effiekyr

If I understand correctly, the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin is changing SKUs on products on your site?

Possibly you could explain in more detail. Is the SKU on all variable products changing, or only on some? What is it changing from and what is it changing to?

If you would like to share screenshots or a video, that would be great, but I would suggest you contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
