Sandbox/Live Square Not working

    Hi there, I have been trying for days to figure this out, as I have used square sucessfully with other woocommerce/wordpress sites. This site is hosted on my business subdomain while I develop it. I connected the square plugin to the client’s square account and then enabled sandbox, and the usual steps for sandbox.

    I get this error after placing a test transaction:
    We were unable to process your order, please try again.

    And when I try to do a real transaction.
    I ensured location was on for both.

    I have tried deactivating all plugins except for woo and square. I also removed all CSS, and those aren’t working. I’ve ensured the address two line is optional, and I’ve turned on and off save credit card option.

    I am completely befuddled…

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having difficulty. I have checked your site, but am unaware of the current shipping setup, so was not able to checkout even with a test card – your test card data in the logs is quite correct, by the way.

    We’ll need to look at additional log data – the entire transaction response may contain more information. Since that may include sensitive data, we’d like you to open a support ticket.
