In reply to: Unable to install theme (or anything)I’m afraid if you don’t have FTP access, then you have to use the
wp-admin/theme-install.php link under appearnce, add new themes. You can upload a theme as long as it is in .zip format.

In reply to: Auto Upgrade ProblemAre you using an automatic script installer? It may be that your host does not have that tool updated.
You need what is called a domain name. Google it.
When you have a domain name, you can forward stuff or link stuff to it. I say get your client.com’s domain name (bustname.com) is a good place to start. Buy it, then tell your host you want to forward that domain to the specific page/site.

In reply to: I don’t know where to beginIf you want something super user friendly I suggest hostgator.com Or any host that has: fantastico This is an automatic tool that will install your blog in 1 step, no need for you to do any ftp work.
Find a webhost, ask if they have fantastico, if not ask if they can install wordpress (most hosts will!), it’s SUPER easy.

In reply to: google analyticsUse the editor found under the appearance. But then you would have to add html code, that’s if you find where to place the code.
I suggest using a plugin if you are unfamiliar with coding.

Is this a fresh install? Completely wipe everything, including users and databases and start fresh.

In reply to: I don’t know where to beginThe problem is you have a domain. It’s an identity on the web. A .com,.net.org
You now need a webhost. A webhost connects your domain. A webhost stores all of your files and it will be seen when typing in that domain.
Coolcom does’t seem too user-friendly nor reliable, you can stay with them or move. It’s bad practice to have your webhost and domain registrar in the same place. They can keep everything hostage, in theory.
If you want to stay with Coolcom you need to contact them and ask for your account details.
But to me it sounds like they (domain.ca) have a partnership with Coolcom, and you need to contact them to set it up for you – its not automatic.
Lastly, I strongly suggest you move to a more reliable host that is separate form your domain. You can always change the nameservers on your domain registrar so they point to your webhost as your host can always change.
Does this make sense?

In reply to: Website redirects to installation sectionCheck your htaccess, is there a redirect in there? Is your install file deleted?
Did you also contact your host? This doesn’t seem like a wordpress issue, but rather a host issue.
