Do they get displayed if you switch author box layout? Please try setting the “slim” layout instead of the “stacked” one and let us know what the outcome is.
Hi again @craigtommola,
We’ve being looking into it and Jetpack doesn’t take into account WP core filters, which our plugin use to overwrite author data. Being so, I’m afraid there is little we can do about that. Sorry 🙁
Anyway, if there are other places where you would like author name/byline to be consistent with given author config, just let us know and we will try to implement compatibility if not already done.
Thanks again!
Molongui Support TeamHi @craigtommola,
We’ve checked and emails sent by Jetpack to subscribers do not show the correct author for guest posts. We’ve taken a look and it seems to be wp.com who is actually sending those emails. We’d need to know how they are retrieving information about posts in order to know whether there is a way to overwrite the author name in a consistent way. We’ll try to find that out. Thanks for bringing that to our attention!
Given author names are correctly displayed on other places, like bylines, meta tags, feed urls and so.
Regards,
Molongui Support TeamHi Ben,
sorry we didn’t see your support request before. I’d say it works with WPML, at least it did some time ago when we last check… but you asking must mean you are experiencing some sort of issue to make them work together. Is that so?
Have you enabled the translation of “Guest Authors” into the WPML plugin settings (WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation > Guest Authors (molongui_guestauthor))?
If you already have that setting enabled, please, let us know which version of WP, Molongui Authorship and WPML are you using.
Thanks,
Molongui Support TeamHi @rexxertt,
there is a setting to enable/disable the display of both, avatar and social links. You can find those on the WP Customizer, under the “Molongui Author Box” menu item. There you will find two new menu items labeled “Avatar” and “Social Icons”. Just make sure the setting “Display” is enabled/set to “Show” on both cases.
As a side note, let me tell you that using Molongui Authorship you don’t need that plugin you mention to upload local/custom avatars for your users. Our plugin already provides that functionality 🙂
Please, let me know if this helps so I can close this thread.
Thanks,
Molongui Support TeamHi @diiimitriii,
from what I can see, that is an author box displayed by your theme or a third plugin. Depending on how it retrieves author data we cannot guarantee it will be compatible with features like guest authoring or multiple authors. The only way to display an author box 100% compatible with multiple authors feature is to use the author boxes provided by Molongui Authorship.
Could you please open a support ticket with us (here) providing your System Status Report so we can take a deeper look at it and be of better help?
Thanks!

Hi @cryptochrome,
only the main author of a post (the one listed first) will have edit permissions, as long as it is a WP user.
That would be a nice feature, but we looked into it a while back and found no way to achieve that. Nonetheless, we will take another look just in case we missed something.
Thank you.

Hi A. Ch,

In reply to: [Order Bump for WooCommerce] Add 2% cart total upsellHi Sanderrrrr,
not really sure to understand what you mean. You want to increase the total cart amount by 2%? The aim of the Molongui Order Bump plugin is to offer your clients products with a special discount that can be purchased only clicking on the order bump. When the user clicks on the bump accepting the offer, the offered product is added automatically to the Cart at the discounted price.
If you need to add a 2%, maybe you should look for a plugin that allows you to add custom fees or something like that.
Thanks!
The Molongui Support TeamForum: Reviews
In reply to: [Order Bump for WooCommerce] BuggyHi Adrenaline22,
why didn’t you open a support thread so we can assist you and fix the issues you might have instead of writing a bad review? We would understand a bad review if you had contacted us and got no answer, but you didn’t even try to reach us.
Can’t tell if you are an actual Premium user, but if you are, do you know one of the benefits is that you get Premium Support? I’d like to ask you to open a support ticket here so we can look into the issues you are having and find a way to fix them.
Doing so you will also help to fix an issue that might affect others.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks!
The Molongui TeamHi Jen,
could you please open a support ticket with us (here) explaining where and when do you get that error so we can reproduce the issue and look into it to find a fix, please?
Thanks for reporting!

Hi @xxxlesy,
could you please open a support ticket (https://molongui.amitzy.com/support/#open-ticket) so we can gather some more info and look into it, please?
We will post here the fix to that issue so other users having the same issue know what to do.
Thanks.
Molongui Support TeamHi @beniaminov,
I’m afraid there is no way to achieve that at the moment. However, you may want to write us an email (use this contact form) detailing a little more how you would like that to work. If feasible, we could add that functionality to the plugin.
Thanks!
