Hi,
Thank you for your message.
We truly appreciate your patience while our developers review this and get back to you with an update.
Kind regards,
Hi again,
Please, if you have an issue with some of the Elementor core widgets, can you pleaes send us the name of the widget you cannot see in your sidebar? Just in case, to rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro). If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.
Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features
Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:
- Element Caching – Elements caching reduces loading times by serving up a copy of an element instead of rendering it fresh every time the page is loaded. When active, Elementor will determine which elements can benefit from static loading – but you can override this.
- Inline Font Icons – This experiment renders icons as SVGs without loading the Font-Awesome and eicons libraries. Since SVGs are vector-based images which are rendered using the browser’s engine, they do not increase server requests which improves performance
I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
Kind regards,

Hi,
Please note elementor woocommerce widgets are part of elementor Pro, and this is the reason why you see a lock in the top right corner of the image.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Elementor’s technical support,
I’m afraid that there is no way to do it with our current Elementor features.
However, I have added this idea to our internal list as a Feature Request, so this feature might appear in one of the future Elementor updates. Thank you for your feedback!
There might be third-party plugins available that have such a feature so you can join our Elementor Facebook Group and check with our users there for such a plugin recommendation.
Finally, I would like to apologize for not being able to provide this particular solution at the moment. I hope for your understanding.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us again by opening a new ticket.
I wish you all the best, and have a great day!

HI there
Thanks for contacting us again,
I was not able to reproduce the issue with the Ken Burns effect. As you will see on the video, I created a background slideshow and turned on the Ken Burns effect, and it works fine
Please refer to this screencast I made to show you how it looks on my end.
May I ask is there something I am missing?
If you are still experiencing this issue, could you send us a short screencast, demonstrating this issue and how we can reproduce it on your site, this way we can have a better visual understanding and see if there is something I missed checking this from my end?
Looking forward hearing from you,
Kind regards,
Hi there,
Thanks for the detailed follow up. If everything is already set to full width, grow, and centered, and you are still seeing a noticeable shift only on the iPhone, then you are almost certainly running into one of these iOS specific behaviors.
First is optical centering and font metrics on iOS. Some display fonts have uneven left and right spacing built into the font file, and Safari renders that spacing in a way that can make the text appear clearly off center even when the container is perfectly centered.
Second is that even in a grid or flex row, each heading is still being centered inside its own box, and the box is centered inside the parent. So when one word has a very different visual weight or internal side bearing, the two words can look like they are not centered relative to each other even though each widget technically is.
In this case, there are two practical workarounds that usually solve it.
Option one is the most reliable fix and it is to put both words in the same heading, then style each word separately. This removes the separate centering calculations entirely and forces Safari to treat the two words as one centered line. You can still keep the exact same look, spacing, and fonts, it just needs to be a single heading with two spans inside it. This is the only approach that consistently avoids iOS font metric quirks when mixing fonts on the same line.
Option two is to apply an iOS only adjustment for the Paso Robles headings. This is a common solution when a font is visually off on Safari. You would add a small horizontal offset only for iPhone and only for that heading class. You do not need to change your whole layout, just give the Paso Robles headings a custom class and apply a tiny translate on iOS. That way the desktop view stays untouched.
Give the Paso Robles heading widgets a class such as paso title.
Then apply an iOS only rule that nudges it slightly left or right. The amount is usually just a couple of pixels, but because your case is more than a little, you may need to experiment with the value until it lines up perfectly on your iPhone.
Also, one more important thing to check, because it causes big differences on iOS.
Please confirm the Paso Robles font is loading as the same font file on the iPhone and not falling back to a different variant. If the font is served without woff2 or if there is a loading swap happening, Safari can briefly use a fallback font or a different weight, which can change the width and make the centering look very wrong. This can be made worse by caching and optimization plugins that delay font loading.
Here are a few Custom CSS options you can use to target iOS only and correct the visual offset without affecting desktop.
First, give only the Paso Robles heading widgets a CSS class in Elementor, for example: .paso title
Now add one of the following CSS snippets.Start with 2px and adjust until it looks perfect on the iPhone
@supports (-webkit-touch-callout: none) { .paso-title .elementor-heading-title { position: relative; left: 2px; } }
If the word needs to move the other direction, change 2px to -2px.
Hope this helps
