Hi there,
Thank you for contacting us.
The “Atomic Editor” in Elementor is part of their newer infrastructure aimed at making the editor faster, more consistent, and more modular. Instead of treating widgets and sections as large, monolithic blocks, it breaks elements down into smaller “atomic” components (styles, layout, content) that can be managed more efficiently behind the scenes.
In practical terms, it’s meant to:
- Improve performance in the editor
- Standardize styling across widgets
- Support newer features like advanced design systems and future capabilities
That said, it’s still evolving. On some setups, especially with older third-party addons or heavily customized layouts, it can introduce conflicts or unexpected behavior. That’s why disabling it resolved your issue.
Hope this helps

Hi there,
What you’re seeing in Elementor’s Deliverability tab isn’t actually pulled from Forminator, and that’s the key point here. Elementor runs its own email test using the global WordPress email setup, not the email configured inside your Forminator form.
That “other” email you’re seeing usually comes from the WordPress admin email (Settings > General), the “From Email” defined in your SMTP plugin if you’re using one, or the default server/PHP mail configuration if no SMTP is set. So Elementor isn’t detecting your Forminator settings at all it’s simply testing how your site sends emails globally.
As for why you’re not receiving emails from Forminator, that’s a separate flow. Forminator sends emails based on the Email Notification settings inside the form, but it still relies on the same underlying mail system (SMTP or PHP mail) used by WordPress.
If emails aren’t reaching you, the most common reasons are SMTP not being configured correctly, emails ending up in spam, or the hosting server blocking PHP mail.
I’d recommend first confirming your SMTP setup and making sure the “From Email” is correct and authenticated. Then submit a test through your Forminator form and check both your inbox and spam folder, and verify that the recipient email in Forminator is set correctly.
Best regards,

HI there,
Thank you for sharing these details, I understand your concern, especially regarding server security and the need to allow PUT requests.
If this issue is already reported on GitHub, please rest assured that our developers are actively monitoring and working on reported cases like this. However, I’m afraid we’re not able to provide an exact timeline or ETA for when a fix will be released.
In the meantime, since allowing PUT requests is currently a workaround and you’ve correctly identified the associated risks, you may want to evaluate whether this temporary solution fits within your server’s security policies.
We truly appreciate your patience and feedback, as it helps our team prioritize and improve the product.
Hi there,
Thanks for contacting us and hope you are doing well and having a great day.
To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor). If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.
Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features
Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:
- Element Caching – Elements caching reduces loading times by serving up a copy of an element instead of rendering it fresh every time the page is loaded. When active, Elementor will determine which elements can benefit from static loading – but you can override this.
- Inline Font Icons – This experiment renders icons as SVGs without loading the Font-Awesome and eicons libraries. Since SVGs are vector-based images which are rendered using the browser’s engine, they do not increase server requests which improves performance
I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

Hi there,
Thank you for contacting us.
Before any recommendation is offered, I’d like to highlight that Elementor is already optimized for speed. However, from a technical standpoint, there will inevitably be a small impact on performance, this happens with any page builder that you use. There are quite a number of steps to optimize your website for speed. Since this has been a bit of a widely asked question, our team has come up with a checklist of sorts with some good steps to take to ensure your website performs as best as possible. You may have a run through it below and see if it helps.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Elementor’s technical support,
I’m afraid that there is no way to filter your templates this way. You can filter them by date or use the user filter feature, which shows all types of templates on your site (header, footer, single-page template, etc.).
However, I have added this idea to our internal list as a Feature Request so that it might appear in a future Elementor update. Thank you for your feedback!
There might be third-party plugins available that have such a feature so you can join our Elementor Facebook Group and check with our users there for such a plugin recommendation.
Finally, I would like to apologize for not being able to provide this particular solution at the moment. I hope for your understanding.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us again by opening a new ticket.
I wish you all the best, and have a great day!
