Hi there,
Hope they will be able to resolve this for you.
KInd regards,
Hi there,
Thanks for the detailed troubleshooting notes. Based on what you’ve already tested, this does sound page-specific rather than a caching, theme, or third-party plugin conflict.
Elementor doesn’t have a dedicated “repair page data” tool for a single page, but there are a few safe ways to rebuild the page’s Elementor data without manually recreating it from scratch:
First, please try this from WP Admin > Elementor > Tools:
- Regenerate CSS & Data
- Sync Library
- Save the affected page again in Elementor
- Clear all cache again, including browser cache
Since you already tested Internal Embedding and the issue remains, the next best step is to duplicate/rebuild the page structure:
Open the affected page in Elementor, then use Save as Template. Create a brand-new page, import that template, publish it, and compare the frontend. This often forces Elementor to rewrite the page metadata and can resolve corrupted or outdated layout data.
If the issue still appears on the new page, try copying sections/containers one at a time into a clean page instead of importing the full template. That helps identify whether one specific container, widget, or custom positioning setting is causing the frontend layout to break.
Also check whether the page has any custom CSS, absolute positioning, negative margins, entrance/motion effects, or responsive visibility settings that may have been interpreted differently after the update.
If the newly rebuilt page works correctly, you can replace the original page URL by copying the slug to the new page after backing up the original.
Hope this helps.

Hi there,
Thanks for contacting us and hope you are doing well and having a great day.
To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins not just elementor addons (besides Elementor). If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.
Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features
Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:
Element Caching – Elements caching reduces loading times by serving up a copy of an element instead of rendering it fresh every time the page is loaded. When active, Elementor will determine which elements can benefit from static loading, but you can override this.I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

Hi there,
Hi,
Open the page in Elementor, click on the widget where you have an animation issue, then go to the Advanced tab and find Motion Effects. Set Entrance Animation to None and make sure scrolling and mouse effects are turned off.
If the animation is still there, click on the parent container or section and check the same settings there, since motion effects are often applied at that level.
If this is happening across multiple graphics, it’s very likely coming from a template or a reused section. In that case, edit the original template, remove the animation once, and update it.
Best,

Hello there,
Thank you for being so patient.
When working with a 3-column desktop layout in Elementor containers, the goal is to keep things clean and readable as you scale down to tablet and mobile.
Here’s the general best practice:
Tablet: usually switch from 3 columns to 2 columns (or sometimes 1 column if content is dense)
Mobile: stack everything into 1 column (vertical layout) to avoid clutter and overlapping
Use column reordering if needed, so the most important content appears first on mobile
Adjust spacing, typography, and padding per device to keep everything readableElementor makes this easy because you can customize layouts per breakpoint (desktop, tablet, mobile) and even change order or visibility without duplicating sections
I recommend checking this official guide, which covers exactly how to handle responsive layouts with containers:
https://elementor.com/help/responsive-design-using-containers/
Hope this helps.
Hi there,
Thanks a lot for taking the time to share this, and I’m really sorry for the frustration this situation has caused.
We completely understand your concern here. If PUT requests aren’t supported, it does block meaningful use of v4 features like class assignment and management, which is definitely not ideal.
I’ll make sure to pass this along to our developers with proper context so they’re aware of the impact. Hopefully, this will be addressed and improved in one of the upcoming releases.
Really appreciate your feedback and patience on this

Thank you for being so patient.
There might be third-party plugins available that have such a feature so you can join our Elementor Facebook Group and check with our users there for such a plugin recommendation.
Finally, I would like to apologize for not being able to provide this particular solution at the moment. I hope for your understanding.
I wish you all the best, and have a great day!

Hi there,
Thank you for contacting us.
Before any recommendation is offered, I’d like to highlight that Elementor is already optimized for speed. However, from a technical standpoint, there will inevitably be a small impact on performance, this happens with any page builder that you use. There are quite a number of steps to optimize your website for speed. Since this has been a bit of a widely asked question, our team has come up with a checklist of sorts with some good steps to take to ensure your website performs as best as possible. You may have a run through it below and see if it helps.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
Based on what you described, this kind of sudden layout change is usually caused by one of the following. Most commonly, it’s related to cache. Please clear your browser cache and, if you’re using any caching plugin or server cache, clear that as well.
Another very common reason is recent updates. If WordPress, Elementor, your theme, or any plugin was updated in the last couple of days, that could have triggered a layout issue.
I recommend checking:
- Elementor version
- Recently updated plugins
- Your active theme
A quick way to isolate the issue is to deactivate all plugins except Elementor temporarily. If the layout returns to normal, then there’s a plugin conflict
Best regards
