Hi there,
Thank you for you patience.
It sounds like an issue with Opcache or Browser cache. Clearing Site Data in the Browser Developer Tools > Application tab should solve the issue, as it removes cookies, session, wpnounce, and all cached data. Please note that you will be prompted to log in again.
https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/storage/cache#deletecache
If that doesn’t work, installing this plugin and clearing the OPcache should work:https://wordpress.org/plugins/opcache-reset/
Hope this helps.

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - more than just a page builder] GDPR complianceHi there,
Thank you for contacting us again.
Beyond Google Fonts, Elementor itself does not transmit visitor data externally by default. However, there are a few features and widgets that rely on third-party services, and those can involve external requests when used:
- Google Maps widget – loads the Google Maps API
- Forms with reCAPTCHA – uses Google reCAPTCHA,
- Adobe Fonts – fonts are served from Adobe’s servers.
- Lottie animations – if you use a URL from an external provider (such as LottieFiles), the animation is loaded from their servers.
Everything else (including Elementor icons and uploaded custom fonts/icons) is served locally by default and does not create external requests.
Hope thsi helps.

Hi there,
Thanks for contacting us and hope you are doing well and having a great day.
Please update to the newest version. To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor ). If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.
Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them, you can go to Elementor > Editor > settings > performance
Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:
- Element Caching – Elements caching reduces loading times by serving up a copy of an element instead of rendering it fresh every time the page is loaded. When active, Elementor will determine which elements can benefit from static loading – but you can override this
I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
Kind regards,

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us
I’m afraid that there is no way to do it with our current Elementor features.
However, I have added this idea to our internal list as a Feature Request, so this feature might appear in one of the future Elementor updates. Thank you for your feedback!
There might be third-party plugins available that have such a feature so you can join our Elementor Facebook Group and check with our users there for such a plugin recommendation.
Finally, I would like to apologize for not being able to provide this particular solution at the moment. I hope for your understanding.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us again by opening a new topic.
I wish you all the best, and have a great day!

Hi there,
Thank you for your detailed feedback,
Another very common cause is a REST API or admin-ajax request failing. When the editor loads, Elementor relies heavily on these requests. If one of them is blocked or returns an error, the editor panel will never finish loading. This can be caused by server security rules, ModSecurity, firewalls, or hosting-level restrictions that are more strict on multisite installations.
It’s also important to check that:
- The site URL and home URL are correct for the sub-site you’re editing
- There’s no forced HTTP/HTTPS mismatch
- The memory limit is sufficient for the network site, not just the main site
The best next step would be to open the page editor and check the browser’s developer console and network tab for errors while Elementor is loading. Any 403, 401, 500, or blocked requests there usually point directly to the cause.
Since we can’t see screenshots here, this information is especially important to narrow it down. If you find specific errors, feel free to share the messages and we can guide you further.
Kind regards,
Hi there,
Thank you for contacting us. Can you first try clearing all types of cache for your site?
I suggest following this method one by one by on focusing on method 2:
Method 1: This can easily be fixed by going to WP admin > Elementor > Tools > Clear Files & Data
Method 2: Please make sure that you clear all forms of cache including your browser cache, your WP cache (your WP caching plugin if you have one), and your server cache (In this case, you can contact your hosting provider for help to clear the server cache).
Method 3: Clear Browser cache or check the site in a private/incognito window.
Looking forward hearing from you.

Hi,
Thank you for the detailed explanation and for sharing your findings.
Since this issue is already raised on our GitHub repository, that is the right place to continue the discussion. Our developers actively follow GitHub threads, and you’re welcome to ask additional questions there, share your observations, or provide any further insights you’ve discovered.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to assist further with this from the support side here, and I’m sorry about that. For core logic and tracking-related behavior, GitHub allows the development team to review everything in full technical context and respond appropriately.
Please continue the conversation on the related GitHub pull request, as that will ensure it gets proper visibility and attention from our developers.

Hi,
Thanks for the report.
We’ve seen similar console errors in the past caused by:
- server-level caching or optimization
- JS defer/delay or script unloading applied by the host
- CDN or reverse proxy behavior
Even without caching plugins installed, many hosting providers apply these optimizations automatically.
It’s also worth noting that other users have already reported similar behavior, and in most cases the issue was resolved after adjusting hosting or server optimizations, or by testing on a different server environment.
As a temporary workaround, you can also roll back Elementor to version 3.33.6, where this error has not been observed.
You can do this from WP Admin → Elementor → Tools → Version Control → Roll Back Version.
Recommended next steps:
- Temporarily disable any server-side JS optimization, minification, or defer/delay features
- If a CDN is in use, test with it disabled
- Test the site on a different server or local environment
- Optionally roll back Elementor and confirm whether the error disappears
If the issue does not reproduce on another server or after rollback, that would further indicate an environment-specific cause.
