In the basic version, you need to enter product weight and dimensions also.
But in the premium version, you can select weight based shipping and for the same, you may skip dimensions.

This could be a browser cache issue. But we suggest you, to turn on the debug mode from admin panel to check the API request and response in cart page to find the issue.

In admin panel plugin settings page, the following fields you need to fill —
1. Account Number
2. Site ID
3. Site PasswordAnd tick the ‘Production Key’ checkbox to set Live Mode.

Can I get the screenshot of your product edit page with dimensions and weight ? Along with the screenshot of cart page, where you are getting the price described above and plugin settings page.

From this response we have analyzed that DHL is not returning any rates.
You might be trying to get rates in test mode. Unfortunately, DHL test servers are highly erratic. Most of our customers face this issue for test account.However, the live mode works fine and fetches the rates perfectly.
We recommend you to try with your Live credentials.We are confident that you would not face any issue with the live mode.

Yes, you can show/hide shipping methods based on order total weight.
However, First class rates are displayed only for items weighing 13oz or less. This is handled automatically in the plugin.
We are not sure about the weight criteria that you have provided.

You can download the latest version(1.1.6) of FedEx plugin to resolve the compatibility issue with WC 2.6.
Currently, we have not added FedEx method under shipping zone as this is an overhead to add the plugin as a shipping method for every zone.
However, we will release a new version of the basic plugin which will have an option to restrict shipping based on country. We hope this will resolve your problem.
