We have released the new version of UPS plugin. Now you can switch between live and test mode.

The free version only handles Pack items individually. Shipping cost will be calculated for each item in the cart separately.
When you add multiple items with each items weighing less than 15.9 ounces, plugin calculates the rates individually and offer First Class Shipping cost eventhough the total order weight is beyond 15.9 ounces.
We recommend you to upgrade to premium plugin to have Weight based or Box packing options. The free version is best suitable when you have only 1 item in the cart or You would like to calculate shipping cost individually.

The rates are calculated based on weight and dimensions of the products in the cart. However, the basic version has an option for “Pack items individually” which means that if there more than 1 products in the cart, then the rates will be calculated separately for each product.
So, if cart items don’t have any product to ship through first class then the rates will not be displayed for that service.
Also, you can turn on/off shipping methods from the admin settings page.
You have the flexibility to offer all the returned rates or cheapest rates from admin too.

1. Product Shipping details (weight and dimensions) from admin panel product edit page, with the screenshot.2. Provided shipping in cart page, under ‘calculate shipping’ link.

When you add multiple items within the cart it will calculate shipping price for each item and then add them up to get the final price.
Your cart total weight may be of 10 LB but if it is of say 5 items of 2 lbs, then it will calculate shiping price for each of them.
We recommend you to upgrade to premium plugin to have Weight based or Box packing options. The free version is best suitable when you have only 1 item in the cart or you would like to calculate shipping cost individually.

This is the same case when the Total order weight exceed the USPS shipping limit. But individual product weight stay with in the USPS limit so plugin offer shipping services.
We recommend you to upgrade to premium plugin to have Weight based or Box packing options. Free version is best suitable when you have only 1 item in the cart or You would like to calculate shipping cost individually.
