WooForce DHL plugin not working

    Hi,

    We’ve set up the dhl plugin and input the information however it is still not producing shipping rates on our website.

    Please can you advise why this is happening?

    Hi wearelittles,

    From the API request/response, we have analyzed that product dimensions are missing. Can you please check your product dimensions ?

    Hi Mickeywf,

    I added the dimensions to the product and tried to generate shipping rates again and it didn’t work.

    Do you have any other suggestions?

    Hi wearelittles,

    Now can you check whether you have selected all the services from plugin settings ?

    If that still doesn’t work then you can send us the API request and response for analyzing the issue further. But please remove all your credentials from it before posting here.

    All the services are selected from the plugin settings.

    When you ask to send you the API request and response for analyzing the issue further, I’m not sure what information this that you are looking for please can you advise?

    Hi wearelittles,

    You can remove sensitive information like site id, site password, account number and then post the remaining information.

    This will help me in analyzing the problem in a holistic way.

    Hi wearelittles,

    From this response we have analyzed that DHL is not returning any rates.
    You might be trying to get rates in test mode. Unfortunately, DHL test servers are highly erratic. Most of our customers face this issue for test account.

    However, the live mode works fine and fetches the rates perfectly.
    We recommend you to try with your Live credentials.

    We are confident that you would not face any issue with the live mode.

    Hi Mickeywf,

    We have contacted DHL and the information they have already provided us with are live credentials.

    The information they have given are an: XML Live URL, XML SiteID and an XML Password. So I can check the information is in the right place, please can you advise where this information should be input in the plugin settings?

    Hi wearelittles,
    In admin panel plugin settings page, the following fields you need to fill —
    1. Account Number
    2. Site ID
    3. Site Password

    And tick the ‘Production Key’ checkbox to set Live Mode.
