Yes, you are right. You have to upgrade to premium version to get account rates.
The request/response will show only if you have debug mode turned on. After you set it up correctly, it is recommended to turn the mode off from plugin settings.

If you are not getting rate through our USPS plugin, I would like to suggest you, to turn on debug mode from plugin settings page and check the API request Response. It will help you better to understand the issue better.
And if there is any conflict between our plugin and woothemes plugin, I would like to suggest you to install our fedex plugin instead any other fedex plugin.

If you look into API response, you will find an error ‘The XML document is not well formed’.
We suspect this is caused by the password you have provided.
Special characters for password are ok but please avoid characters like ‘<‘, ‘,’, ‘/’. These can break XML data.

We have all of the services – Express Plus, Express, Saver and Standard, included in our plugin.
Please go to plugin settings page and find it under ‘Services’ section. Select those services to get the rates.
