    We have the UPS Basic Add On enabled. All UPS is correct and set. See this screen – http://screencast.com/t/qdspMS5F . But when I go to Add a Shipping Method to a Shipping Zone, all I see is Flat, Free Shipping, and Local Pickup – see this screen – http://screencast.com/t/rp5BVxeEzg . I saw some of your Replies to others saying to not use Shipping Zones. So, I removed the one Zone we had for the US (was set to 48 states, not Hawaii or Alaska), but of course we can’t remove the default one called “Rest of the World.” I have one product set for testing, it has a Weight (oz) and Size (inches). I turned on Debug mode. The only think I see is TWO notes about Zip not yet supplied at checkout. http://screencast.com/t/ZimwdJjT But of course that is not supplied because I just got to the page. When I enter the ZIP, I still see “there are no shipping methods available…” as shown here: http://screencast.com/t/9bfjUkZSb What am I doing wrong?

    If you have turned on debug mode from plugin settings page then after providing zip code you would be able to see API request and Response in cart/checkout page.

    We recommend you to check that request/response. It will help you to find out the problem easily.

    Hi, I am having same issue but I cannot figure out how to solve it as I am not sure how to read the debug mode code. Would it be possible to provide you with login details in a private thread and you could check for me?

    You can post the debug request/response here. So we can help you regarding the data.

    Note: This is a public forum, so please remove all sensitive data from request/response before posting it here.

    There are a lot of lines of code there and I’m not sure what you’re looking for. This might be easier, visit: http://greenslope.co/product/greenslope-roof-ponding-repair-kit/ and add and item to the cart and then calculate shipping. I have enabled debug mode.

    Please let me know ASAP what I need to do, as we are losing business.

    Hi Scott,

    If you look into API response, you will find an error ‘The XML document is not well formed’.

    We suspect this is caused by the password you have provided.

    Special characters for password are ok but please avoid characters like ‘<‘, ‘,’, ‘/’. These can break XML data.
