If you go for premium version then you have a box packing facility where you can configure your own boxes with weight and dimension.
Also, you can restrict the shipping method to a certain country by using ‘Method Availability’ option in plugin settings page.
If you want to get fixed charges (not API rates), based on zones and weight you can use this plugin.

Sorry for the delayed reply. We recommend you to turn on debug mode from plugin settings page. One you activate debug mode, then in your cart/checkout page API request and response will be printed.
That will help you get the exact issue.

Hi ericgeier,
This stamps basic plugin offers shipping rates only. If you want to print label then you have to go for the premium version.
Unfortunately, there is no option to upload customized logo till last stamps API version (SWSIM 45).
If you are already a premium customer, we request you to create a ticket on premium support forum for further queries and use the facility of premium support. This forum is only for basic version users.

If you have turned on debug mode from plugin settings page then after providing zip code you would be able to see API request and Response in cart/checkout page.
We recommend you to check that request/response. It will help you to find out the problem easily.
Note: If you post request / response here, please remove all sensitive data from it before posting.

Password is not needed for API. Can you please double check your user id ? you can contact USPS regarding this.

Our plugin works individually. You don’t need to add it inside each zone. If you really want to restrict the availability of UPS shipping for some country, you can achieve that using ‘Method Availability’ field from plugin settings page.

This plugin doesn’t appear in the add method dropdown of zone section. This plugin works independently.
In the plugin settings page, there is an option ‘Method Available to’. By using that option you can restrict the shipping method.

The click-N-ship rates and offline rates are the categories of the shipping rates offered by the USPS.
You can either select offline rate or online ( click-n-ship rate) at one time.

Also, when you turn off the residential indication, it is the UPS inbuilt API that is categorizing the address as residential or commercial.
If you think, the API is not responding to the addresses as expected, then kindly raise an issue with UPS technical support.

If you enable residential checkbox, the plugin will send the ResidentialAddressIndicator’ to UPS API.
If you do not mark the address as residential in the plugin settings, the UPS API will decide whether address is residential or commercial and will return rates depending on that.
As you have marked the address as residential it is returning rates according to that.
Also. you are using the premium version of the plugin so we would request you to post your query using our premium support as that is a dedicated forum for premium users.
