In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] How to Keep Sub Menus Open After ClickHi rhbkweb,
I’m sorry but that’s not possible with horizontal menus, it will always appear in its collapsed state on a new page load.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] DashiconHi Géraldine,
In the theme editor, using the mobile toggle designer, if swap out the Menu Toggle you have there are the moment and replace it with a Menu Toggle (Animated) it will remove the dashicon version and replace it with a pure CSS3 version instead.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] How to make Flyout Submenu responsive (with description)Hi,
There are places you have used custom CSS, for example:
https://app.screencast.com/LJmf2rLUzqoXf
.. which is being applied to both desktop and (incorrectly) mobile. You will need to wrap any custom CSS that is intended for desktop only within a media query.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] menu icon is not changingHi mgregg411,
The menu on your site is currently controlled by Elementor (using the Elementor Nav Element), so you would need to ask the elementor support team for assistance.
If you want to use MMM, you will need to follow this guide:

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Desktop Perfect, Mobile Menu Closes ImmediatelyHi Sebas,
I did spend quite a while this morning trying to track down the JS that’s being triggered (usually you can use FireFox dev tools to see the events that are registered against page elements) but I couldn’t find the one that’s causing the mobile menu to close – if you can find it let me know and I will see if its possible to remove that event somehow. With the Pro version, you could re-enable our mobile toggle bar, add your logo to the toggle bar, then hide the theme toggle bar and drop down. I suspect that would work around the issue.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Desktop Perfect, Mobile Menu Closes ImmediatelyHi Sebas,
The issue will be due to an incompatibility with your theme, if it’s only started happening recently then has your theme had a recent update? Does it now have a ‘close menu on click’ type setting?
To demonstrate the issue further, you can open the mobile menu then click anywhere on the page background, and the menu will close. The same happens when you click a menu link. The theme JS needs to be updated so that doesn’t happen when the target link that has been clicked is a menu link.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] DashiconHi Géraldine,
There’s no picker, but you can use FontAwesome for your arrows instead if you have the Pro version installed:

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Mobile Toggle Hamburger Menu Showing on desktopHi,
There is an inline style that is applying this display: block, here:
https://app.screencast.com/yCTtXMfodkDU9
.. which I think is applied by this custom JS (or another part):

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Creating horizontal hover of secondary and tertiary items.Hi Jeremy,
The closest functionality we have to that is the Tabbed option in Pro, you can see a demo on the homepage of megamenu.com.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Background image in mega-menu columnHi,
In the mega menu grid builder, click the cog icon on the column settings. In there you can specify a custom CSS class to add to the column. You can then write some custom CSS to apply a background image to that class.
