In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Top level menu vertical alignHi Mike,
Sorry, there was a typo. Please try this:
.sticky-on #{$wrap} #{$menu} > li.mega-menu-item > a.mega-menu-link {
min-height: 80px;
}Regards,

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Top level menu vertical alignHi,
Please can you remove the whole block? It is breaking the alignment of the text at the moment, if you remove it, it will look correct.
Then add this custom CSS:
.sticky-on {$wrap} #{$menu} > li.mega-menu-item > a.mega-menu-link {
min-height: 80px;
}Regards,

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Top level menu vertical alignHi Mike,
Thanks, getting there…
Please remove this block of CSS that has been copied and pasted into the Custom Styling area:
https://app.screencast.com/SBbO7dwthPm0f
Instead make sure the Menu Height is set in the Menu Theme itself, to 120px, and the Padding to 0. Then I will take a look at the sticky height again.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Top level menu vertical alignHi Mike,
Ah, I see the issue is when the menu is sticky now. When I set the Menu Height to 120px and the Padding to 0px I see this:
https://app.screencast.com/mlZLrOQH17Y1L
Please can you make those changes, and leave it like that, and also enable the “Use Flex CSS” option in the menu theme? I will then write some custom CSS to fix the height of the menu when the header is sticky.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Sub menu alignmentHi Marcom,
What you’ve described is the intended behaviour, and if you remove this custom CSS it should work like that:

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Top level menu vertical alignHi mike,
Thanks for posting a link. Setting the Menu Height to 120px and the padding back to 0px, looks like the corrrect settings for your header.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] menu bar saves changes don’t get savedHi,
Thanks. I don’t think that is the problem, but it might be worth trying to increase that to something like 3000 or more.
It is more likely that your host has security setup that is blocking the save request for some reason, quite possibly a mod_security rule is being triggered hence the 404 error. If you have access to the mod_security logs on your hosting, please check them for anything suspect, otherwise please explain the issue to your host and ask them to take a look.
Google AI generates this advice “A ModSecurity 404 error occurs when the ModSecurity web application firewall incorrectly flags a legitimate request as malicious, blocking it and returning a “Not Found” error instead of the expected page. This happens because a ModSecurity rule is triggered by a request that is either genuinely unusual or poorly coded. To fix it, you must review the ModSecurity audit log to identify the triggered rule and adjust or disable that specific rule, or if you have cPanel/WHM, you can sometimes disable ModSecurity entirely. “

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] menu bar saves changes don’t get savedHi,
Please could you provide more details – when you say “changes are not saved”, what error message do you see? Does the theme save, but the changes don’t show on the front end? What is your site URL please?

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Mobile Menu – Problem Clicking Menu ItemHi Laura,
Thanks for posting a link.
It is only the desktop menu that MMM is controlling right now, the mobile menu is still controlled by your theme. Therefore, you will need to ask your theme authors for assistance with this particular issue.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] CSS Compliation FailedHi godthor,
There is, somewhere in your theme, an erroneous slash in the theme ID/name. Please can you search the theme files for “mhscustom/“, find that string and remove the trailing slash from it? You may need to reactivate the theme afterwards, and I’d make sure to try this on a test site first.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Update to WP6.8.3 Max Mega Menu dont workHi Reggio,
Please can you try disabling the child theme, to see if the issue lies in there somewhere? We have a lot of users using Astra, but no other reports of issues at this time.

TomHi,
Please check this video from your theme developers:
It looks like you can use Elementor to build your header. Please remove the current Navigation menu element from the header and replace it with a Max Mega Menu element. We have more details on using MMM with elementor here:

TomHi mohanvaralakshmi,
Apologies for the delay getting back to you.
I don’t see a child theme active on your site at the moment, are you still using the same theme?
