Hey Robin,
Thanks so much for reaching out! I’ve done some testing on my end but haven’t been able to replicate the same issue you’re experiencing on your side of things.
If at all possible, would you be able to let me know if you’re using another plugin to add in the Pinterest Titles and Descriptions to the images?
Hey Jennifer,
Thanks so much for getting back to me and so sorry about that! It’s hard to say what might have specifically caused this error without being able to reproduce it on our side of things.
As I mentioned, we believe it could be due to a no longer support social network being present within the inline content buttons so one thing you could try doing is rolling back the plugin to the previous version and then sending over a screenshot of what you see in there.
Ideally, we should only see Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Email, Print, or LinkedIn. Anything more than that is most likely no longer supported which could produce the type of error you sent above.
If you decide to move away from Grow Social that’s totally fair and hope you’ll give us another shot in the future!

Hey Derek,
Thanks so much for reaching out! We’ve made some changes to Grow Social so it’s a bit more compatible with WooCommerce sites in the previous release but it looks like during that process the functionality of “Post Type Display Settings” for Product post types is being ignored.
We have a fix planned for one of our next releases of Grow Social but if you’d like feel free to send over a couple of example pages where you’re seeing those buttons appear and I can send over some CSS that should be able to hide those buttons at least until the next release happens!
Hey Jennifer,
Thanks so much for reaching out and so sorry you’re experiencing this issue and thanks so much for providing that error log! We had one other person today report a similar type of issue and while we haven’t been able to reproduce this on our end we think this could be related to a social network that’s no longer supported being used in the inline content share buttons.
If at all possible, would you be able to send us an email at grow@mediavine.com so we can take a look into this issue for you?

In reply to: [Create] How to export recipesHey @klongdesigns,
Thanks so much for reaching out to us about this! Currently, we do not have a built-in way to export Create cards from one site to another and it is something that has been suggested to our plugin engineers for consideration in a future release of Create.
So sorry about that, but we do appreciate you reaching out!
Hey @arslanone,
Thanks so much for reaching out about this and so sorry you’re seeing this fatal error occur on your site!
We’re thinking an unsupported network is potentially being used here which means we don’t have an SVG icon for it and so the fatal error occurs. We haven’t yet been able to reproduce on any of our test sites so would you be willing to shoot us an email at grow@mediavine.com so we can troubleshoot things a bit further?
If at all possible we may need temporary access to the sandbox environment that you have setup so we can login and check things out.

In reply to: [Hubbub Lite - Fast, free social sharing and follow buttons] missing fontsHey @blogaid,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for providing that example! I took a look at the page you needed assistance with and it looks like when I add a query string to the end of the URL (for example ?test=1234) this serves us a non-optimized and non-cached page that works great and doesn’t load those font files.
After digging a bit deeper, it looks like you have some Critical CSS being served by WP Rocket that makes reference to the two missing fonts being shown. It’s likely this Critical CSS could have been generated when we did use these font files at one point in time.
If you’d like, feel free to give regenerating the Critical CSS a try within WP Rocket then clearing out any caching in the plugin to see if that fixes things up!
Hey Gus,
Thanks so much for getting back to me and glad to hear the Pinterest counts are at least tracking properly once more. It’s hard to say why that specifically might have stopped but if it happens again feel free to let us know.
As far as why Facebook isn’t tracking, it does appear to be something on Facebook’s end so far. We’re currently working with our plugin developers as well to see if there’s anything we can potentially do on our end to return these shares but for now we’re stuck with the counts that Facebook’s Graph API is returning.
