Thanks so much for reaching out! So I have noticed an issue occurring with the most recent update to 1.19.0 where Grow Social seems to only pin the featured image on the page instead of all available images.
I reached out to our plugin engineers and they’re currently taking a look into the issue. If at all possible, would you be able to try rolling back to the previous version of the plugin 1.18.2 to see if your hidden images reappear when you click the Pinterest button?

Thanks so much for reaching out about this! Just for clarity, would you be able to send me the exact URL where you aren’t seeing Facebook share counts returning?
I do know that Facebook made some changes recently to their Graph API where posts that are under 100 shares will now automatically return as 0 shares. It’s hard to say why they made this specific change but if you want to send over a URL I’ll be happy to take a peek and see if that’s the case for your specific post.
With regards to Twitter, we use a 3rd party service called TwitCount to return those shares. If you’ve signed up for TwitCount and are still not seeing shares come through we recommend reaching out to their support at support@twitcount.com to see if something might be wrong on their side of things.

This is something we noticed occurring on our end towards the end of last week as well. Our engineers are currently digging into the issue and we should hopefully have a fix out shortly!
The good news here is once resolved things should hopefully just start working again and you won’t need to worry about updating.

Thanks so much for getting back to me and sorry for the delay! I went ahead and fired up a test site on my side of things with the Classic Editor and was able to replicate a similar experience on my end with the older/newer versions of Grow Social.
Similar to the response above, these are also additional options that were only intended to be available for the Pro version of the plugin that made it into our 1.18.x builds of the plugin and we’ve since removed those for the 1.19.0 version.

Thanks so much for getting back to us and no worries about that. We do have a planned hotfix that we’re working on releasing to address this specific issue so it should take care of that extra network in there.
@petarkozic – I appreciate you reaching out and letting us know! As mentioned in the thread we do have a planned hotfix coming that should address this issue. I don’t quite have an ETA on when we’ll get that out as our QA team is working on testing it for any other potential bugs.
For now, you could potentially follow these steps to fix the issue without the hotfix:
– Rollback to the 1.18.2 version of the plugin
– Go to the settings pages for the inline content and floating sidebar buttons
– See if an unsupported network is present (most likely Google+) then remove that social network and save the buttons.Afterwards, you should ideally be able to update to the latest version without needing to wait for the hotfix.

Thanks so much for reaching out and letting us know! I think rolling back is definitely a viable option here until we can get that release out. We do have plans to get this corrected in a future release so keep an eye out for that. 🙂

Thanks so much for reaching out to us with the additional information! Since the initial post we have been trying to do some replicating and it looks like we were able to produce a similar error on our end when we manually added in an unsupported network.
Based on the information you sent over in the above, Google+ is no longer a supported network and is likely why you’re receiving this error (I’m also assuming this could be why others are receiving it). Out of curiosity, do you know if your client’s site was ever on the Pro version?
In terms of error checking, that’s definitely something we discussed on our side with our plugin engineers and we have a hotfix ready that should correct this issue. We’re currently waiting for it to go through our QA department and hoping to have a release shortly for it.

Thanks so much for reaching out and for providing that information! Just for clarity, are you talking about the Pinterest Title and Description fields that show up in the post editor in one of the advanced panels labeled “Grow: Share Options”?
While they shouldn’t have existed in the 1.18.2 update, they were present in our 1.18.0 and a 1.18.1 updates when we combined some of the code from our Pro version over to this version of Grow Social. When done, some of these settings from the Pro version were inadvertently (like the ones I mentioned above) added into this version.
Since 1.18.2 and onward, these settings should no longer appear as they were originally only intended for the Pro version. Depending on the version you updated from it’s possible you had these fields previously, but now no longer will see them in this update.
For @rbennett this could be the same situation if they also updated from an older version. For Robin, would you be able to also confirm if you’re referring to the fields in the post editor labeled “Grow Social: Share Options”?

Thanks so much for getting back to us! As of right now, until we can build a site-to-site importer, one of the few ways to do this currently would be to move them over manually.
Another potential method here would be to do an entire copy of the site to the new site and then making any adjustments there.
Lastly, we have had some folks attempt to move Create cards from one domain to another with varying degrees of success but this would likely need the help of an experienced developer and not a method we currently support. This would typically involve migrating Create’s tables from the old domain over to the new domain but that can come with some issues as well.
