In reply to: [Create] Create Lists Cover Showing Exclamation/No imageHi @bdelpescomaccom,
Thanks for reaching out! I see the missing images from your list. Since I also see that your site is running our Mediavine ads, I’d like to try a more direct approach. Could you please write in to publishers@mediavine.com, and we’ll take another look?

In reply to: [Create] Create Lists Cover Showing Exclamation/No imageHi @moderator,
Thanks for the reminder, and I totally understand! I have read and agree to the forum policy.
Hey @nirmithamw,
Thanks for following up! We don’t recommend altering the Grow or Journey scripts, or how they’re loaded, as that could prevent them from working as intended.
With that said, it looks like you’re just trying to keep the scripts from loading for logged in users. So while not recommended, I would advise monitoring your site to be sure you’re seeing both Grow and Journey function without issue.
Hi @nirmithamw,
Thanks for reaching out! You’re right, there is an ongoing issue between the Grow and WooCommerce plugins. Our engineers are looking into it, but we don’t have an ETA for resolution yet.
However, as a workaround, you should be able to manually install Grow’s script on your site, and disable the Grow for WordPress plugin so as not to run into the error.

In reply to: [Grow for WordPress] update confirmationHi @naravind015,
Thanks for reaching out! I just checked out your site, and I’m seeing the latest version of Grow running, and I’m not noticing anything out of place. Things are looking good from this end, but let us know if you see any more errors, or Grow not behaving like it should.
Thanks, and have a great day!

In reply to: [Grow for WordPress] Invalid Inline Script error in AMP enabled site.Hi @madhu34,
Thanks for reaching out! Grow does not support AMP, so it will not work on the AMP version of posts/pages on your site. It does look to be working well on the non-AMP versions of your pages, but let us know if you run in to any other issues.
Thanks, and have a great day!
Hi @kris0603,
Thanks for bringing this up! It looks like we’re not the only plugin seeing this error with the latest WordPress update, but it doesn’t appear to be causing any issues. However, our engineers are working on a fix, and we’ll update Grow when once that’s good to go.
Thanks again, and have a great day!

In reply to: [Create] Ahrefs showing calls to Js files with double slashHi @hhuntington2,
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the long wait! It looks like Create is being optimized through the Siteground Speed Optimizer plugin on your site, and this is likely what’s causing those extra “/” to show up in the URLs.
I’m glad to see that no functionality seems to be affected, but if you’re able to exclude Create from any optimizations in your Siteground plugin, they should no longer be flagged for the double slash error.
I hope this helps, and have a great day!

In reply to: [Create] Can’t Save Star Rating After Latest UpdateHi @hmnvtn,
Sorry for the long wait, and thanks for your patience! We’re still making a few more updates dealing with the recent changes to ratings and reviews. We should have an updated version of Create released soon with those functioning as normal once again.
In the meantime, while we don’t advise rolling back to previous versions that may not contain all the latest security patches, you can find those older versions in the Advanced options here.
Have a great day!

In reply to: [Grow for WordPress] The save button isn’t showing upHi @painlessseo,
I apologize for the long wait! Sometimes you may not see the heart/save icon immediately after installing Grow, or right after a post has been published because it takes a bit of time for Grow to create an internal bookmark. However, that would generally be a fast process, and should be displaying by now.
If you’re still not seeing those icons, it’s more likely that you may need to take a look at the Share Settings Options found under Grow Settings > Appearance > Grow Widget Appearance to be sure Grow is displaying the options that you prefer.
Let us know if you’re still having trouble, and have a great day!

So sorry for the delay delay in responding, and I’m happy to see that you found the culprit!
You’re right, caching the Rest API has proven to be an issue in the past, so I’m glad you found and resolved this.

In reply to: [Grow for WordPress] Conflicts with ElementorHi @cousett,
Thanks for reaching out! We’ve seen a few others report this, and while it looks like the issue stems from Elementor’s side, we’re both working on a resolution for the issue that prevents a user from properly accessing the Elementor editor while Grow for WP is active.
In the meantime, you should be able to work around this by manually adding your Grow script to your site, and then you can disable the Grow for WP plugin. That should keep Grow up and running, while bypassing the current conflict.
Let us know if this doesn’t work for you, and we can take another look.
