Hi @gnetconsulting,
Thanks for reaching out about the errors that you’re seeing, and I appreciate your patience! Could you please write in to grow@mediavine.com so we can take a closer look at what’s going on from there?
Also, if you’re able to send along those full links where you’re seeing the errors, that would be helpful as well.
Thanks!
Hi Tatiana (@justtatythings),
Thanks for reaching out, and I apologize for the delay in getting back to you!
It looks like you should be able to adjust the settings in your Grow Social plugin to lengthen those share buttons. You can find this under Grow Social > Inline Content > Display Settings and you’re looking for “Number of Columns“.
With 3 buttons displaying, if you select “3 columns” those buttons should stretch out to fit 3 per line. You’re welcome to experiment to see what you prefer, but you should find an option to match what you’re looking for.
You can find a little more detail in this help article, but if you have any questions feel free to let us know!
Hi @juirtle,
Thanks for reaching out! We’d like to take a closer look at why that could be happening. Could you please write in to grow@mediavine.com along with a link to a post where you’re experiencing this issue?
Additionally, if you have any screenshots relevant to what you’re seeing, that would be helpful to send over as well.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Create] Not Saving PostsHi @vskylabv,
Thanks for reaching out about this! We’ll be happy to take a closer look if you could please reach out to create@mediavine.com, and include links to your sites as well as any screenshots that could help show what you’re seeing.
Hey @naomiliz and @james0075,
Thank you both for reaching out, and for providing these details.
First, I do just want to let you know that you should be able to update your Grow Social Pro plugin to the most recent release where the issues within the post editor have been resolved.
Also, I’d like to thank you for your feedback! We didn’t make any announcements here, as this is a forum for the free version of the plugin, where this same issue thankfully isn’t occurring. Additionally, we’re proud to offer Grow Social Pro customers access to more hands-on support like mentioned on our website. If you happen to have any issues in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out at grow@mediavine.com and we’re absolutely happy to help. We’ve worked with many of our customers on this very issue all weekend, and today we’ve even released a hotfix for the issue that has been tested thoroughly against the new version of WordPress.
All the apologies for any frustration this issue has caused! If you have any issues in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out at grow@mediavine.com
Hi @truegeekmedia,
It looks like you were able to get this working for your site, since I’m able to Pin those images when visiting the page that you linked.
However, if you still have any questions, please let us know!
Hey @welldun1,

In reply to: [Create] copyright symbolHi @emmelinegb,
Thanks for writing in! There isn’t a setting within Create to do that, but you should be able to accomplish this with the following CSS:
.mv-create-copy {
display: none !important;
}Feel free to add that CSS to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS within your WordPress panel. I hope this helps!

In reply to: [Create] Print button not workingHey @emmelinegb, I’m not quite seeing the same issue on your site with the Print button. When I click on the Print button on that post I’m being taken to this page, as intended.
If you’re still experiencing this issue, feel free to write into create@mediavine.com and we’re happy to help. Thanks!
Thanks for writing in about this! We would love to see exactly what the set-up is for the Grow buttons on your site, as opposed to where the audio player is showing. Would you be able to write into grow@mediavine.com and send over an example post, so we’re able to check?
So appreciated!
Thanks so much for reaching out! I noticed you emailed into our support team since you had the Pro version of the plugin and that we were able to assist you there.
Just as a heads up, if you’re using Pro you can always reach out to us at grow@mediavine.com and we’ll respond as soon as we can!
Have a great day.Hey @simigianikapoor,
Thanks so much for reaching out! I took a look at your site this afternoon and it looks like there’s some CSS potentially coming from your theme causing this behavior.
You should be able to add the following CSS below to your theme using the Additional CSS in WordPress to fix this up. 🙂
.dpsp-networks-btns-wrapper button.dpsp-pinterest {
margin-top: 0px !important;
}Once done clear out any caching on the site and feel free to let us know if that does the trick!
Additionally, I noticed you have the Pro version of our plugin. For more immediate support with issues such as this one you can totally feel free to shoot us an email to grow@mediavine.com.Hey @daniellerch,
Thanks so much for reaching out! As far as the selector goes, you’ll want to use the CSS selector for that element where you would want the floating sidebar to disappear upon reaching.
There isn’t a link here to your site, but just as an example say you wanted to stop the floating sidebar from appearing when reaching the footer on the site. If that footer has a class name of “site-footer” you’d then input “.site-footer” into that field.
Hope that helps! If it’s still a bit confusing feel free to shoot over an example URL and what you’re trying to achieve and I’ll take a peek.Hey @wpsitecare,
Thanks for reaching out! I had a look at the site listed this afternoon and it looks like it’s running an extremely old version of the plugin (Social Pug) before it was rebranded to Grow Social Pro.
If the site owner is a current subscriber to Grow Social Pro, feel free to have them reach out to grow@mediavine.com and we’ll be more than happy to get things squared away so they’re on the proper version!Hey @scoathy,
Thanks so much for reaching out! Checking out the link you provided, it looks like you have Grow Social installed on your site and not Grow Social Pro.
The non-Pro version of the plugin doesn’t offer the Pinterest hover button feature. If you should have the Pro version instead, feel free to shoot us an email at grow@mediavine.com and we’ll be more than happy to get things squared away. 🙂Hello @yvandupuy,
Thanks so much for reaching out. So happy you’re satisfied with our plugin so far!
We’ve been closely monitoring how our plugin performs with the latest version of WordPress and thankfully, we haven’t seen any issues so far. If you happen to spot anything, please let our team know and send us a message at grow@mediavine.com.
I can also assure you that we have big plans in the works for Grow Social and Grow Social Pro! Our goal is to keep updating those products in different, exciting ways. I’d keep an eye on our blog for any updates and let us know if we can help with any further questions.
