In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Subaccount with REST APIThanks for reaching out.
REST API support is something that is already on our roadmap.
We have already received many feature requests that take priority over REST API support, so I can’t tell you yet exactly when this feature will be released.

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to assign multiple managers to a subaccount.
However we have just sent you an email about a possible solution, please let us know what you think about it.
Thanks! so looks like everything I asked for is possible with this plug-in?
I think so, but since we are not fully aware of your needs, I recommend you start by installing the free version of the plugin and do some testing.
where do I go to also purchase the sub accounts pro and supervisor login?
First you need to install the free version of the plugin. As a second step, you can go to: Admin Dashboard → WooCommerce → Subaccounts → Add-Ons. From there you will be able to easily and securely upgrade to the premium version of the plugin and also get the Supervisor Add-On.
I already have all these customers set up, and everything is setup with a different sub accounts plugin, all under one account. can I easily transfer everything over to this plugin??
Currently it is not possible to migrate data from other plugins, however (with Subaccounts Pro) setting up and managing subaccounts from the backend is pretty simple and straightforward.
Hope this helps.

Head office wants to be able to log-in (for several people), see pricing for all three tiers of hotels (which is already set up), and be able to see all of the orders that each hotel places. Then they want multiple employees from each hotel to get their own login, but to be able to see each others orders only (only from the same property).
In your case I think the best configuration would be like the following:
- Head Office = Supervisor (Subaccounts Pro and Supervisor Add-On are required)
- Hotels = Managers
- Hotel employees = Subaccounts
Please notice that in Sub-User mode:
- Head Office (Supervisor) will be able o see all orders (its own orders, hotels orders and even hotel employees orders)
- Each hotel (Manager) will be able to see its own orders and hotel employees (subaccounts) orders too.
- Each hotel employee will be able to see its own orders
While in Multi-User mode the logic behind orders is a bit different, for further information you can have a look at this thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-downloads-not-showing-for-subaccount/#post-16896918
If you have any other questions about the plugin, please let us know.

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Woocommerce subaccount as productHi @fondashci
Thank you for reaching out.
can i add the subaccount in a product ?
Unfortunately no, but if the membership plugin you are using allows you to assign a specific user role to a member who purchased a specific product (membership), then you could enable the subaccount system only for that specific user role.
Hope this helps.

Is the plugin in “Sub-User” or “Multi-User” mode? You can find it out in: Admin Dashboard ➝ WooCommerce ➝ Subaccounts ➝ Options tab.
In Sub-User mode:
Orders placed by a subaccount (or by a Manager on behalf of a subaccount) are tied to the subaccount itself.
A Manager can view its Orders in: My Account ➝ Orders and can view the subaccount orders in: My Account ➝ Subaccounts ➝ Subaccount Orders.
In Multi-User mode:
All orders are always tied to the Manager. Even orders placed by subaccounts (once they are in “processing” or “completed” status) are assigned to the Manager (or to the Supervisor, in case the Supervisor Add-On is installed and active).
This because in Multi-User mode a parent account is more intended as a Company Account and therefore all orders (being them placed by a Manager or by subaccounts) are associated to the company (the parent account).
When this mode is enabled, a Manager can view all orders (being them placed directly by itself or by its subaccounts) in: My Account ➝ Orders.
A subaccount instead can view only the orders placed by itself, always in: My Account ➝ Orders. However we are planning to provide the possibility to allow a subaccount to view orders that have been placed by the Manager too, but that’s still under development.
With that said, at least for now, we do not recommend enabling Multi-User mode on production sites, as that feature is a beta functionality (which means that it’s still under development).
In your case, if you have Multi-User mode enabled, could you please try switching to Sub-User mode and see if that fixes the reported issue?

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Subaccount > Parent, inhert name on orderIn version 1.4.0 we introduced Multi-User mode (a.k.a. Company Accounts mode) as a beta feature.
In Multi-User mode, multiple users have access to a same master account (useful in case of Corporate Accounts).
Feel free to test it and report any bugs.

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Woo MembershipsHi @michaelroed
Thank you for confirming this.
I can confirm that we have added your feature request to our roadmap.
But unfortunately, I cannot yet provide any estimates on when this feature will be released.

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Woo MembershipsHi @michaelroed
Thanks for reaching out.
We could think about a possible integration between the two plugins, so that when a new subaccount is created, it inherits the same permissions as the parent account.
By the way, are your referring to “WooCommerce Memberships”? There are multiple plugins with a similar name that provide similar functionality.
