In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] How can I give this option to another role?Hi @dixxyy
Thanks for reaching out.
There are plugins that allow multiple user roles to be assigned to the same user (e.g. https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/).
To make our plugin work with your custom user role, you could try to assign the user both your custom role and the role of customer (or subscriber).
Hope this helps.

You can add the following CSS rule to your child theme’s style.css or via the WordPress Customizer panel:
.woocommerce-subaccounts .woocommerce-message .woocommerce-Button {
display: none;
}Please let us know if this helps.

Hi @erikleirdal
Thanks for asking.
Yes, we are planning to improve the subaccounts selection form in back end.
It will be possible to filter and select subaccounts in a similar way as now happens for the subaccount orders selection in:
My Account ➝ Subaccounts ➝ Subaccounts OrdersShould you have any further questions please let us know.

Hi again,
I can spin up another wp instance that isn’t using Cloudflare, and try it again if you think there would be a difference.
If you could create a staging site for us (without CloudFlare) we’ll take a closer look at this issue. Plaese send the WordPress and FTP credentials via email.
I look forward to receiving your site credentials.

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Subaccounts inherit payment methodHi @glazuna
While this may be technically possible, I honestly don’t know what the legal implications of such a feature might be.
Hi @promoriver
Just to make sure that CloudFlare is involved in this issue, could you please try to temporarily disable CloudFlare on your site and let us know if that way the Contact and Add-Ons pages are reachable and their content is properly displayed?

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Subaccounts inherit payment methodHi @glazuna
Thanks for reaching out.
I would like to know wether this plugin is capable of inheriting payment method credentials from parent account to subaccounts?
I am sorry but unfortunately this is currently not possible.
Should you have any other questions about the plugin, please let us know.
Hi @promoriver
Thanks for reaching out and for the detailed tests reported.
What version of PHP are you using on your site? Also, is your site part of a WordPress Multisite installation?
I am using Cloudflare, and every time I try to click on links in the emails I get after purchasing, I get the exact same error as when I go to either of these locations.
Just out of curiosity, what type of email and links are you referring to? Maybe links contained in WooCommerce order emails?

Hi @nalyd01
Thanks for reaching out.
Only administrators (from the admin dashboard) can set an existing customer as subaccount of another account. Please notice that this functionality is available only in the Pro version of the plugin.
Should you have any further questions, please let us know.

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Supervisor Addon option not availableHi @kinsey95
Could you please try to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Subaccounts for WooCommerce and let us know if that way the submenu links appear?
If not, could you try to switch to another theme and see if that fixes the problem?
Before performing the above procedure, it is highly recommended that you perform a full site backup first (some themes/plugins might reset to factory settings after deactivation).
