In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Supervisor Addon option not availableHi again @kinsey95
Thank you for the information provided. Can you try creating another admin account and logging in with that new account to see if the submenu links show up?
Also, if you are using one of those plugins to assign multiple user roles to users, make sure your admin account has the only role of administrator.
Please let us know if this helps.

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Supervisor Addon option not availableHi @kinsey95
Thanks for the update. What you describe would suggest that the problem is due to a conflict with another plugin.
What happens if you try to reach those pages directly by copy-pasting the following URLs in your browser?
Contact page: yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=subaccounts-contact
Add-Ons page: yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=subaccounts-addons
Remember to replace the “yoursite.com” part with your site domain.
Please let us know the results.

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Supervisor addonHi @arashfth,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
You can get the Supervisor Add-On directly from your site back end, in:
Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Subaccounts -> Add-Ons.Please notice that currently the Supervisor Add-On installs on top of Subaccounts Pro (which means that you have to get both of the components in order to get the Supervisor Add-On to work).
However we are planning to release the Supervisor Add-On as a standalone component in future.
If you have any further questions please let us know.

Hi @shankardev
Thanks for reaching out.
This feature is already on our roadmap and should be included in a dedicated add-on.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Hi @boxgenius
thanks for reaching out.
Are you creating the order from the back end, in
Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Orders -> Add order? In that case, make sure the order is in “Pending payment” status.
After that the customer (whether a parent account or a subaccount) will have to enter its My Account area and pay for the order in order to populate the
Order placed bycolumn with correct data.Orders created from the admin area and set as “Completed” or “Processing” cannot have the
Order placed bydata available/displayed.Hope this helps. Should you have any further questions, please let us know.

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Subacccount, inherit from Masterthank you for reaching out to us.
If a main account is member of a group, will the subaccount inherit this membership ?
Unfortunately the two plugins do not communicate with each other, which means that it is currently not possible to make the subaccount inherit the same group as the parent account automatically.
For now, the only way to get the expected result would be to manually add both the parent account and the subaccount(s) to the same group.
However that’s an intersting question and we could think about a possible integration between the two plugins in the future.

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Subaccount without email?Hi @zsozso1982
thanks for reaching out.
Adding a subaccount without entering an email address is possible, but would require some customization.
If you are using Subaccounts Pro, please contact us via:
Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Subaccounts -> Contact Us.We will be happy to customize the plugin according to your needs.

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Email to manager accountHi @kinsey95
I want that whenever any of the subaccounts place an order at that moment the new order mail should be sent to the manager account also of that subaccount
Thanks for asking. We are already working on this functionality, which should be included in the Pro version of the plugin. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you exactly when that feature will be released yet.
I also want to know that is it possible to make subaccounts with custom user roles.
There are plugins that allow multiple user roles to be assigned to the same user (e.g. https://wordpress.org/plugins/hm-multiple-roles/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/).
To make our plugin work with your custom user role, you could try to assign the user both your custom role and the role of customer (or subscriber).
Hope this helps.
