thanks for reaching out.
First make sure the plugin has been updated to the latest available version (which at present is 1.1.0).
If the plugin is already up to date, it could be a potential theme conflict.
In that case could please try to temporarily switch to another theme and see if that solves the issue? I recommend doing a full site backup first, just in case.
Please let us know the results.

A new version of the plugin has been released (v1.1.0), could you please try to update and see if that solves the issue?

could you please try to update the WordPress permalink settings by going to:
Admin Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinksand clickingSave Changes.No need to change any permalink settings, just click “Save changes” and try to see if everything works as expected.
