Hey I need a supervisor Add-on for subaccounts for woocommerce plugin, as you stated the option to enable/buy that add-on we’ll find it under Dashboard->Woocommerce->Subaccounts->Add-on.

But On my dashboard, I’m not getting this option. Please help me with this I’m already having the Premium version of this plugin (Subaccounts for WooCommerce )

    Hi @kinsey95

Thank you for your interest in the Supervisor Add-On.

Could you please reach to us via the form available on: Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Subaccounts -> Contact Us?

Yeah sure! but I’m not having this option too.

I’m just having an menu option of Subaccount and no submenu links are available under the Subaccount option.

    Hi @kinsey95

Thanks for the update. What you describe would suggest that the problem is due to a conflict with another plugin.

What happens if you try to reach those pages directly by copy-pasting the following URLs in your browser?

    Contact page: yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=subaccounts-contact

    Add-Ons page: yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=subaccounts-addons

Remember to replace the “yoursite.com” part with your site domain.

Please let us know the results.

Hey, I tried to access the pages with the provided link by replacing the yoursite.com but then I got the following error —-Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    I’ve log in as admin.

    Hi again @kinsey95

Thank you for the information provided. Can you try creating another admin account and logging in with that new account to see if the submenu links show up?

Also, if you are using one of those plugins to assign multiple user roles to users, make sure your admin account has the only role of administrator.

Please let us know if this helps.

    Hey, Thanks for your help!

I tried this too but I didn’t get that option and on accessing the pages directly from url gives me the same error message that not allowed to access this page.

    Hi @kinsey95

Could you please try to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Subaccounts for WooCommerce and let us know if that way the submenu links appear?

If not, could you try to switch to another theme and see if that fixes the problem?

Before performing the above procedure, it is highly recommended that you perform a full site backup first (some themes/plugins might reset to factory settings after deactivation).

We haven’t heard from you in a while so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.

If you have any other questions about the plugin, please start a new thread.
