This is possible but would require some customization. If you are using Subaccounts Pro, please contact us via:

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Manage subaccountsHi @ardalino
I am trying to translate this entire plugin to Swedish using Loco Translate which worked perfectly, except that I was unable to find ‘Password’ for some reason. Do you know why that might be?
Thank you for reporting this issue, we will fix it in the next plugin release. By the way, feel free to add the Swedish translation using GlotPress, that way the translation will be available for other Swedish users too.
I was unable to change the color scheme for when the tabs called ‘Account details’, ‘Billing address’ and ‘Shipping address’ are selected. I was able to change everything else perfectly using the ‘
Frontend User Switcher Pane Appearance’. Is there a way for me to do this from the plugin, or should I just add some custom CSS?Providing the possibility to customize those tabs is already on our roadmap, for now you can change the background color with some custom CSS, eg:
#sfwc_form_edit_subaccount_frontend h3.ui-accordion-header { background-color: #ffc800; border-color: #ffc800; }Hope this helps. If you have any other questions or concerns about the plugin, please let us know.

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] Manage subaccountsHi @ardalino
I’m glad you like the plugin so far.
The “Manage Subaccounts” page is useful in case you need to edit/update subaccount details without having to perform an account switch.
On that page you should be able to see the list of the available subaccounts.
I seem to understand that you are having issues on that page. Could you please try to deactivate all plugins excluding WooCommerce (and Subaccounts for WooCommerce of course) and let us know if this way everything works as expected?

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] No subaccountsHi @jsmith21043
Could you please make sure that the parent account and subaccount user roles are enabled in the “Select the buyer role(s) to enable the subaccount system for” plugin setting?

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] order approvalAs I understand it, different managers need to correspond to different departments and each department needs to have subaccounts (correct me if I am wrong).
In this case I guess you would probably need the Pro version and the Supervisor Add-On too. This way you would be able to get the following result:
— Supervisor (main parent account)
—— Manager 1 (Department 1)
——— Subaccount A (under Department 1), Subaccount B (under Department 1).
—— Manager 2 (Department 2)
——— Subaccount C (under Department 2), Subaccount D (under Department 2).
While the Supervisor can switch to all its managers and subaccounts, a Manager can only switch to its direct subaccounts (e.g. “Manager 1” will not be able to switch to “Subaccount C”).
You can create multiple supervisors and the above structure can be replicated for each supervisor.
Please notice that (for now) Supervisors can be created only by the admin of the site. However, each Supervisor will be able to add managers and subaccounts as desired in frontend.
Hope it makes sense.

In reply to: [Subaccounts for WooCommerce] order approvalThank you for reaching out.
It seems like almost all the features you are looking for are included in the plugin, with the exception of order approval (including the possibility for a parent account to modify subaccount orders before they are approved) which will be included in a new dedicated add-on expected to be released during the first quarter of 2024.
If you have any other questions or concerns about the plugin please let us know.
