We don’t have support for this with the free version of our plugin.
With Events Calendar Pro, you can use shortcodes to display events within a date range.

You can create pages with each one containing a different calendar of events using shortcodes, but this feature is only available on the premium version of our events Calendar plugin.
As for the main tour dates page, if you’re using Events Calendar, the listings will be arranged according to event start dates.

By default, this link should open in a new tab, so if it’s behaving differently on your site there’s probably a theme/plugin conflict causing it.

For now, we are not aware of any issues with Contact Form 7, so we will need some more information to figure out what’s causing this conflict.
Please check and confirm that you’re running the latest versions of both plugins on your site.
Also, can you check your browser console to see if there are any error messages on the Calendar page when you have Contact Form 7 enabled?
