In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Fatal Error (500) – 5.16.1 UpdateHi @markbosky,
Just wanted to provide an update on the issue you reported.
A member of our team was able to reproduce the problem but with warnings rather than a fatal error. We’re working on an update that should resolve this, but in the meantime rolling back to the previous plugin version should get you back up and running.
Best regards,
Marho

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] dates & maps disappearedHi @danherlt
Thanks for reaching out to let us know about this issue.
This is a bit of an odd one. From the looks of things, all event-related information are gone from your single event pages.
Can you please follow this guide to test for conflicts with your theme or another plugin, and let me know what you find: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Fatal Error (500) – 5.16.1 UpdateHi there @markbosky,
Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our notice.
I tried to replicate the issues you’re experiencing on my test site with those plugins (Elementor, TEC and TEC Pro) but didn’t have any luck. Perhaps there’s some other factor that may be contributing to causing this issue on your site?
Also, it appears you are using our premium plugins.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] ‘Event.path’ is deprecatedHi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
I’m pretty certain this warning message is not from our plugin. The “event” being referred to here represents an event that takes place in the DOM, usually triggered by user actions like clicking a mouse button or moving the pointer. Based on this and the effect you said that it has on your website’s layout, my guess is that this warning is related to something from your theme.
Try reaching out to your theme’s developers to see if they know about this issue.
Best regards,
Marho

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Multiple Calendars on Same WebsiteHi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
The original method for having different calendars on your site that was mentioned in that forum thread (using category pages) can work for you. The person that started that thread was experiencing a bug which was why it didn’t work for him. I don’t have access to the video that my colleague shared, but it was a demonstration of how category pages would normally work.
The alternative method would be to use shortcodes but that feature is only available with the premium version of our plugin.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Best regards,
Marho

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Calendar Links Under NavHi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
I visited your site using the link you shared and the links for the different calendar views are in the right position. You can compare them to our demo site to see what I mean.
For the pop-up calendar, it seems like it’s inheriting some styling from your website’s theme. Can you please check the display settings for our plugin (WP Admin Dashboard > Events > Settings > Display) and verify that Tribe Events Style is selected as the Default stylesheet used for events templates.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Edit Link URL in the carouselHi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
The carousel you’re referring to isn’t a feature of our plugin, so I can’t really show you how to add a button to it.
If the carousel is a part of your theme’s features, or from another plugin, then what I would recommend is that you reach out the developers of the theme/plugin or their support team to see if they have a way for adding buttons like you want.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Calendar mobile styles not loadingHi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
I visited the link you shared with a mobile device and was able to see the calendar without any issues. Did you find a solution to the issue you reported?
Also, I noticed you’re using our legacy designs which we no longer actively support and would be eventually retiring soon. Can you please switch to the updated designs to avoid any issues later on.
Best regards,
Marho
Hi there Peter,
Thanks for reaching out.
Can you please confirm that you followed the steps outlined in this article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/managing-translations-with-loco-translate/
The plugin you should be looking to translate is The Events Calendar, and searching for the text you mentioned should reveal the related string.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Add to Calendar buttonHi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
It’s possible that this issue is the result of a conflict with your theme. Just to be sure, could you try switching to any of the default WordPress themes to see if the same issue occurs then?

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Export EventsThanks for getting back to me.
If you have our Events Aggregator add-on, then yes, you can import an ICS file from the admin area. Sorry I forgot to mention that earlier.
