This message would show up when your Stripe account is not 100% validated. Are you able to cross-check with Stripe if you account is ready to accept payments?

Every time a donation is made on your site – or attempted, GiveWP creates a new entry on the logs section on the dashboard that gives us further information on what is happening. Can you send me logs for when you try to make a donation and get the errors below? You can find the logs under Donations > Tools > Logs.

Also, please send along your System Info.
Navigate to Donations –> Tools –> System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.
That will give me some more context to be able to help.

We’ve investigated it and we found that you’ve uncovered an edge-case issue with our Classic Form. What is happening is that after you translate it using Loco Translate, it won’t be translated unless you save the form with a different template and then change the form back to Classic and save.
Can you try that and let me know if it works? Looking forward to helping you get to the bottom of this!

The Donor Wall shortcode/block was developed to use the Gravatar imafe available for that email. So, for example, if a donor uses the email me@example.com, GiveWP will check on Gravatar if there is a picture for that email. If there is one, then we use it. Otherwise, we use the name initials.
Of course we want to improve it and consider the image defined in the Edit Profile section. We created feedback for it here https://feedback.givewp.com/bug-reports/p/donor-wall-should-reflect-custom-donor-profile-image.
We are actively tracking user issues to make sure our dev team is aware of them and can get them fixed. You can use the link to check in for updates or to provide additional details of your own.
