Post 500 Error with Stripe Payment

Whenever I tried to make a donation with a credit card the iframe hangs and shows a loading gif indefinitely and shows a Post 500 error with the following message:

Donations go through with the email receipt. However, it didn’t load the confirmation frame.

Something to do with the buffer size and I can’t increase the output buffer, I though the issue has resolved since version 2.21.1 and I can’t rollback to this version because the PDF receipts and recurring donation are not available in this version.
