I have tested the translation for the Name field, and it worked as expected. See my screenshots below:


When using Loco Translate, you need to make sure you are using the latest version of the POT file. When translating the plugin, click on the Sync button to ensure you are using the latest version of it:

We are happy to help here! Can you share with us the strings you translated on Loco Translate but that are not translated on the front end? We know there is an issue regarding translations on the donor dashboard, but other than that, it should be translatable.

Although we do have this code snippet in our library https://github.com/impress-org/givewp-snippet-library/blob/master/form-customizations/customize-fieldset-order.php, we discourage people from using it and prefer that they use the CSS order property to reorder things (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/order).
Also, if you use our visual form builder, included in GiveWP 3.0+, you should be able to reorder lots of fields. You can learn more about it here: https://givewp.com/documentation/core/give-forms/visual-form-builder/#editing-form-settings-and-fields.

You’ve stumbled upon a known bug. Our development team is aware of this issue, and it has been documented on our feedback site. You can follow up on the progress of the fix here: https://feedback.givewp.com/bug-reports/p/the-visual-builder-multi-step-design-should-always-scroll-to-the-top-of-the-next. I’ve gone ahead and added your ticket to our internal commenting system so that you can be notified as soon as we have a fix.
In the meantime, the only workaround I can suggest for now is creating the form using the older form builders. The Multi-step template in the old form builder does not have the scrolling issue.
