Unfortunately, since we do not have access to the DB, we cannot look any further into this. The table it is looking for seems to have been renamed or deleted.

Thank you for reaching out. After exploring your page elements, we didn’t find anything related to EBD. Are you sure you have installed Contact Form 7, Email Before Download, and Download monitor plugins? Once they are installed the following shortcode should be entered:

Would you happen to know if any table names have been changed recently? It appears the table with the prefix EI does not exist. This is why this error is occurring.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. One suggestion we can provide is trying to deactivate and then activate the plugin again. If this does not work, if you could create a profile for us to access your website and send it via email, we can investigate the CSV file you are experiencing issues with.

Thank you for that. Upon further investigation, it appears that this error is occurring because your WP site is generating the download link in HTTP instead of HTTPS on chrome. Can you check your WordPress Site settings and ensure that all the links/settings are set to HTTPS and not HTTP.Hi @matstars,
