3. Shortcode and a URL showing the Email Before Download failing/succeedingThere could also be conflicts with the plugins you are using. Another thing that can be done is to disable the plugins one at a time. And see if, after disabling one, the issue is no longer happening.

That is helpful, but if you could also provide the shortcode used for the plugins that would be helpful. To see what shortcode is used for our plugin, you can visit the FAQ and scroll within the screenshots to show what it looks like. Can you also provide the ‘Default Delivery Format’ option you have selected for your site? Is it send email, inline link, or both.

Admin-ajax.php should work for everyone independently on the user, including the guest. So there could possibly be some setting missing on the site. To help troubleshoot can you please provide the following information:

If you could please provide the following, it would be helpful in troubleshooting your issue:

3. Shortcode and a URL showing the Email Before Download failing/succeedingAlso, it may be an issue with another plugin you have active. I would recommend trying disabling one plugin at a time to see if that also may fix the issue.

1). We don’t support signed up/in concept, we’re assuming the user is coming to the site anonymously so each time we present the same form for the user and they have to enter email (and maybe other data).
2). We don’t limit the number of downloads for the multiple options, though you have to be reasonable to avoid performance issues,
3). We do not work with the MailChimp add-on, so probably you have to think yourself about how to achieve what you need.Hope this helps!

We have finished testing our plugin on the new WP version. It appears to be functioning fine without issue. Upon further troubleshooting, we noticed a configuration issue. When you submit the form the ajax request returns an error on this URL: https://www.newjedat.arum-net.com/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/19383/feedback But we don’t have permission to access this resource. This leads us to believe there is a configuration error on the site.Forum: Plugins
