Critical Error when inserting shortcode to Elementor

    I installed everything correctly (I think).
    Used the shortcode in the plugin description but unfortunately the page gets a critical error. Whole website looks weird and distorted.

    Not sure what is causing this error. I have the correct shortcode with correct ID’s set up.

    Hi @rocketcare,

    Thank you for reaching out. After exploring your page elements, we didn’t find anything related to EBD. Are you sure you have installed Contact Form 7, Email Before Download, and Download monitor plugins? Once they are installed the following shortcode should be entered:
    [email-download download_id="ID#" contact_form_id="ID#"]
