It looks like you figured it out. We have tested the links you provided and can confirm that the download links is appearing after you submit email. The link is labeled “Audio 1” It’s appearing just below the message “Il tuo messaggio è stato inviato con successo. Grazie.”Forum: Plugins

This seems to be a bug. Thanks for reporting it. It will be fixed in the next release. For now yes, you can try to use a required attribute for one of the checkboxes if it makes sense.

It looks like your current form displays the link as Inline. It works as expected and in this case no email has to be sent to the submitter.

Thanks for communicating and reporting issues to us.
We have just tested “Send Email” type and got the message “Your message was sent successfully. Thanks.”
We used this shortcut for testing [email-download download_id=”5″ contact_form_id=”4″ delivered_as=”Send Email”].
Btw, if you use similar approach, can you confirm that the value of the attribute doesn’t have extra dot at the end as in your message “Send Email.”?Hi djspur,

As for the checkboxes on the left there is no need use css to do that. It’s enough to add the <ebd_left /> tag in your CF7 form. We implemented it a month ago, as it was promised.
Anyway you are free to use any CSS to change the appearance of the those elements.Forum: Plugins

We have tested the form on the right sidebar and it seems to be working fine. If you are referring to the form on the bottom of the page, that does not seem to be generated by ebd.
as for the CSV, the issue may not be generating properly because users were filling out the wrong form.Hi,
That appears to be an issue with the permission configuration on your server. You would have to either change the permissions on your server, or get in touch with your hosting service.
Are you getting that error when testing out Download Monitor on its own?
