Users not getting email

    Hi ParamasivanPN,
    We have tested the form on the right sidebar and it seems to be working fine. If you are referring to the form on the bottom of the page, that does not seem to be generated by ebd.
    as for the CSV, the issue may not be generating properly because users were filling out the wrong form.

    Hi,

    I am referring the form on the right side bar only. Only website owner is getting the email for the form submitted results (name and email). In the plugin delivery format I have chosen “Send email” but the users are not getting the download link email.

    Any help?

    Hi ParamasivanPN,
    Our team tested it and we all received emails. You said that you chose “Send Email” but you also chose “as attachment”. Because of this, we received the file attached to the email body and there is no download link

    Yes, there have been issues with the settings in 3 plugins. Now resolved. Thank you very much for your plugin.
