After investigating the issue we noticed that you are using EBD version 5.1.9. Is there a reason you are using such an old version and not using the most current up-to-date version?

I am sorry to hear that. Can you explain what you mean by activating? Do you mean the plug-in is not appearing on your page? If you have any of this information could you please provide it?

In reply to: [Email Before Download] Problem sending mailI am sorry to inform you that we are unable to suggest a previous version. They have been continuously updated to the current version of WordPress. Our best suggestion would be to just go back to each previous version and see if one works.

I just tried the test page you initially linked and said you were experiencing errors on. After typing my information into the contact form, I received the thank you message along with the Multi-User-MIMO-in-WIFI-6-Whitepaper.pdf file for download. Is it also working for you now?

In reply to: [Email Before Download] EBD disables my site’s RSS feedSorry to inform but we had to revert the changes we made for the fix this morning. It appears to have stopped the plugin from functioning correctly. We are now looking into a different solution for this issue.
