Once we have one, we will push and update and have you test to see if it fixed it. I will reply back once the update is live!

If you could also provide what theme you are using? Is the theme free? So we are able to try and replicate it on our end? You mentioned you needed to roll back to 4.9. What was rolled back? Was it WordPress? The Ebd plugin?Forum: Plugins

We came out with a new update that should hopefully fix the issue you are experiencing. The issue was that we were unable to replicate the bug you were experiencing on our end, so we are unable to be 100% certain this will fix it but are hopeful it will. Please let us know if it did.

We are currently working on a bug with the plugin. If you have an expiration timer set on the download link, could you please temporarily change it to never? That will allow the plugin to function normally until we get a fix out.

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. We will work on resolving the expiration bug. In the meantime, I have it set to never should allow normal function until we can push an update out. An Announcement will be posted.

Thank you for providing this! Could you please try setting the download expiration setting to ‘never’ and see if the plugin works then? We believe there could be a bug with the expiration link setting and are working to resolve this.
