Plugin stopped working after update to 6.9.4

After updating plugin to 6.9.4 on WordPress 5.9, PHP 7.2.34, the plugin stopped working.
Plugin options disapeared from admin menu and after submiting form, no link is shown.
Download monitor and Contact Form 7 are working, the form is displayed and can be submited.
Reinstaling plugin does not solve the issues.
All database tables seem all right and containt correct data. After submitting form, new row is inserted into wp_ebd_posted_data table, but no download link is shown and list of submitted emails can not be show in WP admin site, only in database.
