Can you please check the status of the abandoned order in the database?
It seems that the orders are captured but not able to convert into the abandoned order because of the disabled cron. Have you disabled WP-Cron?
If yes, you need to either enable it or use an external cron service from your hosting provider in order to fix the issue.
