Hello there,
Thank you for contacting us!
The short answer here is that captions need to be added to our block directly, and not to Bunny.net.
The reason being is Bunny.net does not serve these inside the HLS stream but instead serves them only in their own player. Unless Bunny.net changes this functionality, it’s not possible to stream these with the HLS stream.
Hope this helps.
Have a great day ahead 🙂
Hello,
Thank you for choosing Presto and writing in!
As of now, we don’t have this feature.
By the way, I’ll take this as a feature request and discuss it with our dev team.
If feasible, we’ll try to bring this feature to Presto whenever feasible.
If there’s anything else, please let me know.

Hello there,
Thank you for choosing Presto and contacting us!
It seems like you’re trying to embed a webpage.
FYI, I must say that Presto Player will only work for directly downloadable files ending in .mp4 or .m3u8 for instance.
Hope this clarifies.
Have a great day ahead.
Hello Jean,
Thank you for choosing CartFlows and writing in!
Yes, that’s possible. You can easily change that using the Loco Translate plugin.
See how: How to Translate or Change CartFlows Strings with LocoTranslate?
Hope this helps.

Bunny.net integration is only available in Presto Player Pro.
If you’re a Pro user and still you can’t find the Bunny.net button, can you please create a support ticket on our support portal?
We may need to take a closer look to see what exactly is going on.
Hello there,
Thank you for choosing Presto and writing in!
This is just a developer warning, not an error because your WordPress installation is in debug mode.
You can resolve it by turning off the debug mode. By the way, I’ve also reported to our dev team for further analysis and review.
Hope this was helpful.
Have a great day ahead 🙂
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
PHP 7.2 is outdated and no longer supported.
I recommend upgrading your PHP version for the sake of security, not only installing Presto Player.

Hi,
Thank you for choosing Presto and writing in!
iOS/Safari has some very strict rules here which do not work well with autoplay. You can see more information about that here:
