I’m not sure if I fully understood your question. Could you please provide more details of your requirement? If you could provide some screenshots, that would help greatly.
I have checked your website, you have Cart Abandonment recovery plugin active, to access the Cart Abandonment dashboard, from your Admin Dashboard > WooCommerce > Cart Abandonment.
