There’s no such calculation metric that I’m aware of as site performance is not measured by the number of users.
You may want to discuss with a hosting provider to see how they benchmark such things.
Hi @sunnyk20,
It seems like you’re trying to charge an amount higher than what was authorized. This is not possible.
Instead, you should charge the correct amount for the length of consultation that the customer has booked.
If you want to charge more than that, you can create a new order and send the customer the invoice for payment.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Marketplace Vendors able to see all orders on woocommerceThis sounds like something you’ll want to discuss with the folks over at ShipRocket, possibly in conjunction with the WCFM folks.
They most likely haven’t built ShipRocket to work for the use case in which you’re deploying it.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce Bulk images uploadHi @stickerbazaar,
The CSV product import expects your image links to be actual image links that end in a file name, which should directly open the image. However, this is not how Google Drive operates.
You’re going to want to download all your images locally and then handle the import as you can’t import images from Google Drive.
Once you’ve done this, you’ll want to change the image links in your CSV to point to the correct location OR upload all the images to your site’s media library and change the image links in your CSV to only reference the file names.
You can read more about this in this section of the docs – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/#images

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Update / Installation FAILED.Can you explain what you’re trying to do when you get this notice?
Can you also share the exact notice? You can copy and paste the contents of the notice here or provide a screenshot of it.
I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in here. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
While you’re at it, can you also provide your site’s System Status Report? You can find it by going to “WooCommerce → Status” in your site’s WP-Admin.
Click on “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it in at
.txtfile and upload that to Dropbox, Google Drive, or some other such service and then paste the link to that file here.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Responsive DesignHi @ovblamplas,
The mobile responsiveness of your site is dependent on your theme and not on a plugin.
If the theme you’re using is mobile responsive, your site will be too.
I’ll go ahead and mark this ticket as solved now. You don’t need to send another reply.
If you have any other questions, do feel free to open a new ticket.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Merging Variable ProductsHi @rebeccaolson,
There’s no way to merge the products together. You’ll need to add the missing attributes to the existing products as you’ve described, so add the 2oz and 8oz variations to the product that’s currently publically sold.
Is there a way to End Of Life a product so that it doesn’t show/isn’t sell-able even in the backend of Woocommerce, but isn’t deleted completely where the past sales data is lost?
You mentioned that these products are only available on the backend, which means you’ve hidden them from the shop already and therefore customers aren’t able to purchase them.
You’re already set here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Taxes on Shipping are not disablingHi @pl0n3r,
If you don’t want taxes to apply to shipping, you need to DESELECT the shipping checkbox for the taxes in question. Checking the box means you want the taxes to apply to shipping.
If your settings resemble the highlighted portion of the screenshot below, then you have asked the system to apply the taxes to your shipping costs. You will need to deselect those checkboxes if that is not what you want.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to use the same Woocommerce for running two ShopsHi @sjhawar,
You cannot run 2 separate stores on the same WooCommerce instance.
However, you can have both regular products for checkout on your store and affiliate products that are purchased elsewhere on the same store.
All you need to do is make sure that the affiliate products are designated as such by selecting the External/Affiliate product type when setting them up.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product Type Dropdown Gone!Hi @johnfontyn,
If you’ve recently updated WordPress to version 5.5 and you’re running the most recent version of WooCommerce (4.4.1) you should be all set unless there a plugin or theme that is causing a conflict.
Here’s what you should look at doing:
- Install the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin as some plugins are running into issues on account of the
jquery-migratefile being dropped from WordPress 5.5 - Test to determine if a conflict with your theme or with another plugin is the cause;
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each one, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to set up a quantity variation to deduct ALL my stock?Hi @dsurrok,
While the Product Bundles extension will allow you to create a product that factors in the number of items in your packs and deducts the inventory accordingly, it cannot be used as part of a variable product.
Setting quantity as an attribute for a variable product does not influence the quantity of the product that is actually added to the cart. This is the job of the quantity selector.
If you’re selling in set packs, then your inventory should account for the number of packs that you have, rather than the number of individual buns.
So, if you have 50 sets of your “Pack of 4”, you should set the inventory for “pack of 4” to 50, instead of 200.
Alternately, you can take a look at this tutorial and apply it to your use case – https://jeroensormani.com/custom-stock-quantity-reduction/. If you run into any challenge with the code in there, the developer that wrote the code would be the best person to check with.
Cheers

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to add google pay to my wordpress websiteThis is the plugin I’m speaking of – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/

Hi @stgoos,
If your site is maxing out your hosts capacity, it’s probably time to either upgrade to a better losing solution on the same host or more than likely you need to switch hosts completely.
You can take a look at the hosting solutions we recommend here – http://www.woocommerce.com/hosting-solutions/.
Bear in mind that these are, by no means, the only hosts you should ever use but there’s some suggestion in there for pretty much every type of customer regardless of how much they’re looking to commit to financially for what they need.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Paypal & Woocommerce Gambling siteHi @nickobee1983,
WooCommerce doesn’t restrict what you can do since you’re hosting the site on whatever server you please
However, payment gateways like PayPal and Stripe do have policies prohibiting gambling transactions. You can read more about these here:
- PayPal – https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/What-gambling-activities-does-PayPal-prohibit-FAQ915
- Stripe – https://stripe.com/restricted-businesses
If you’re setting up a gambling site, you’ll need to make sure that both your hosting company and the payment provider are happy to deal with gambling transactions, otherwise, the site will continue to run into these issues.
Your best bet is to speak to people who are successfully running gambling sites and find out what hosts and payment service providers they’re working with.
I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved now since this is something you need to input for directly from the folks who are in the business.
Cheers
