At my WordPress website, using the same Woocommerce, I want to run two SHOPs – one non-amazon affiliate to sell directly (I currently add products by using “Simple Product,” selecting Virtual and Downloadable with WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway) and another amazon affiliate to sell through amazon’s website (I will add products by using External/Affiliate product and purchasers will pay at amazon.com, not at my WordPress website). Without removing my current non-amazon affiliate store, how to add an amazon affiliate store at my current WordPress website? For adding products to the amazon affiliate store, I have this plugin: WZone – WooCommerce Amazon Affiliates. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi @sjhawar,

You cannot run 2 separate stores on the same WooCommerce instance.

However, you can have both regular products for checkout on your store and affiliate products that are purchased elsewhere on the same store.

All you need to do is make sure that the affiliate products are designated as such by selecting the External/Affiliate product type when setting them up.
