Working in both Chrome and Firefox now – as in no bar appears.
Those hairline cracks can sometimes turn out to be the nastiest. Really appreciate your quick attention to identify the problem and come up with a fix.
It’s including Canada too where it shouldn’t.
Cache clearing did not work. Bar still remains in Chrome and Firefox after clearing browser cache.
Would also like to know how this started today without a plugin update.

I couldn’t find where to turn Open Graph in Wordbooker because the only to references I could find were already unchecked or blank.
The Action Link Option only has Share, Read Full Article and Same as Blog for option.

Prior to 1.4.1 I could edit the SEO Title field anywhere. After the upgrade I had to start typing from the beginning. Then with the drop down menu I was led to think I had to select a previous title.

Deactivating Widget Logic Visual resolved the loss of widget control for me as well.

In reply to: Visual editor is no longer showing after upgrading to 3.3Try this. I was able to get me visual editor back with the following:
1) Switch theme to Twenty Eleven
2) Edit a post (displays as white pane with red underlines)
3) Clear cache (press F5)Visual editor, tabs and buttons returned at this point in edit post mode.
4) Switch back to original theme.
5) Edit post. (all returns to normal, do the happy dance!)I did not have to deactivate the plugins for this to work.
