Hello @netpotion
Glad to hear the initial issue has been resolved!
Thank you for the suggestion, we really appreciate it. Actually, we already have something similar in place. Our system monitors website activity and sends a notification email to the website admin if there have been no requests for a few days, to remind them to check the plugin status.
We’ll also keep your feedback in mind for future improvements.

Hello @mountbest
You can use the Personal lists available in your Anti-Spam service to fine-tune your protection.
We have a comprehensive guide that explains everything you need to know about blocking specific emails, adding stop words, and managing your lists: https://cleantalk.org/help/blacklist-usage
In short, you can block or allow:
- IP addresses
- Email addresses (including masks like
*@mail.com) - Domains
- Countries
- Stop words (for messages containing specific words or phrases)
- Languages (e.g., Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, etc.)
You can add new filters directly from your dashboard, upload a CSV file, or even manage your lists via our API.
If you need any help setting this up, just let us know.
Hello @sybydesign
Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing an issue with Stripe payments. We completely understand how important this is for your business.
I have checked all available logs, Anti-Spam log, SpamFireWall log, and Security log, and found no evidence of false blocks affecting Stripe requests or orders. The only related entry I found is a list of allowed Stripe bot hits in the Security FireWall log: https://cleantalk.org/my/logs_firewall?date_range=2026-06-18_2026-06-25&service=&ip=&status=&user_agent=stripe
This actually confirms that we are not interfering with the Stripe payment process.
That said, I would like to suggest that the issue might be related to a recent update of the Stripe Gateway plugin. The quickest way to check whether CleanTalk plugins are involved is to temporarily disable our plugins one by one and see if the problem persists.
Please let us know the results, and we will be happy to investigate further if needed. Here is our private ticket system where we can continue our conversation: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open.

Is the issue you reported still relevant? If so, we would kindly ask you to create a ticket in our private support system here: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open. This way, all further communication and data exchange will remain confidential.
Hello @leemn
The Security by CleanTalk plugin does not have a dedicated “Enforce SSL” option. Such functionality typically belongs to server configuration or specialized plugins like Really Simple SSL.
However, we do have a feature that can help strengthen HTTPS usage on your site. In the plugin settings, you can enable the “Send additional HTTP headers” option. When enabled, it adds the Strict-Transport-Security (HSTS) header to your site’s responses. This header tells browsers to always connect to your site via HTTPS, which is essentially what “Enforce SSL” does on the client side.
If you’re looking for a broader SSL enforcement solution (like fixing mixed content or redirecting all HTTP traffic to HTTPS), we recommend using a dedicated SSL plugin or configuring this directly on your server.
Hello @ntxwebmaster
Thank you for the update! We will check again what can be wrong here. Please give us a couple of days.
Hello @its4yougr
I’m with CleanTalk Support.
We came across this thread and looked into it on our end. Regarding the blocking issue you experienced, we found only one false positive in our logs related to Anti-Crawler – it blocked the IP 49.13.175.157. You can add this IP to your SpamFireWall personal lists to prevent future blocks, and enable the Anti-Crawler option after that. Adding a specific IP will not affect regular visitors or search engine indexing.
Here is a guide on adding IPs to blocklists: https://cleantalk.org/help/sfw-blacklist-usage
You can also check the IP reputation here: https://cleantalk.org/blacklists/49.13.175.157

We reopened your ticket #53692 regarding your report of the “access key is not valid” error, and hope we can resolve the issue for good. We will wait for your reply in the ticket.
Hello @stylusdesign
I have reviewed the Anti-Spam log for your website and noticed that there was only one request over the past week. This could be due to one of two reasons:
- The plugin was temporary inactive (though it appears to be active at the moment).
- The spam is coming from a web form that our plugin does not intercept – in which case, we need to examine that form.
Could you please provide the URL of the web form where the spam submissions are coming from? We will test it and see what can be done.
Hello @soundengine
Thank you for sharing your idea with us. We will consider this and let you know if we can do something that can suit your needs. Please give us 1-2 business days.
Hello @krisseeuw
Please, try to run a sync with the Cloud (the gray button on the top of the Security plugin settings page) and relaunch a scan in the Malware scanner tab.
If the error persists please contact us via our private Ticket System: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open
Hello @tandtseo
I’ve found and deleted a duplicate account for this website. You can now enter the corresponding access key from the account you added the site to.
