I’m getting the access key not valid, even though I see the valid key in my CleanTalk account and attempted to re-enter it. These are the errors:

Jun 24 2026 18:54:35: Error occurred while automatically get Access key. SERVER_ERROR NO: 5 MSG: There is no access to add a new service. Policy about adding new sites without authorization is OFF. Allow adding new sites from the CleanTalk plugin settings on the page https://cleantalk.org/my/profile

I checked this setting in my Profile, and it is set to ON.

    Hello @melbatoast4

The website you specified has been added to your profile and successfully connected to the service. I can also confirm that the access key has been added and is working correctly.

Is the issue you reported still relevant? If so, we would kindly ask you to create a ticket in our private support system here: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open. This way, all further communication and data exchange will remain confidential.
