Thank you for the reply. I don’t have my custom CSS for TablePress in the plugin, I put it in my theme css. But I saved that Plugin Options page anyway, toggling the checkbox for CSS and saving again.
Still no tablepress-combined.min.css?ver=61 file in the wp-content folder.
Thanks, good to know.
OK Gerroald, I forwarded that to you yesterday with the requested information.
JimSounds good, thanks!
Then I checked it in webmail – it is also messed up there – the text doesn’t wrap to the window.
It’s Apple Mail. I just checked on an iPhone and I think the formatting is OK there.

In reply to: Block editor no longer working: only shows HTMLYou can see what PHP version is being used at Tools > Site Health > Info > Server. Apparently this is a difficult problem with all sorts of different causes.

In reply to: Block editor no longer working: only shows HTMLDid you try a different browser?
Many thanks for looking into it deeply! Before I heard back from you, I reset the Wordfence settings. Then, with WF activated, testing showed no problem. Not sure if some setting did it or there was some corruption.
But I fiddled with the settings a bit, then did the whitelist as you kindly described in detail. Still no problem!

In reply to: Align stack of images on right with wrapped textThanks for sticking with me on this. The small graphics don’t have a “clear” property in any of the nested elements (div > figure > image) that I can find. The block editor doesn’t allow blocks nested in paragraphs, as far as I can see, so it seems I would be back to creating one or more html blocks either way.

In reply to: Align stack of images on right with wrapped textSorry, I spoke too soon. Although this approach allows text to wrap properly, I also use little graphics for certain sections that should align right against the images. With this approach, those graphics get bunched down by the last photo; I can’t control their location.
Here is what it looks like (correctly) with the big floating div surrounding the photo image blocks so you can see what I’m trying to do:

In reply to: Align stack of images on right with wrapped textWell is my face red. I could have sworn I tried every variation of that approach before with no success, but now it works. So simple. Thank you.

In reply to: Align stack of images on right with wrapped textThanks, but in my experience “clear” will clear the text too and prevent wrapping. So any subsequent text will start below the previous image, alongside the image with “clear”, unless a following image also has “clear”, in which case it gets pushed down farther.

In reply to: Block editor no longer working: only shows HTMLThanks bgrgroup. My problem turned out to be a Firefox extension, User Agent Switcher. Disabling that fixed it.

In reply to: Block/Visual Editor Doesn’t WorkI found the problem. It was a Firefox extension called User-Agent Switcher. Disabling that fixed the block editor. Thanks for your help @t-p.
