In reply to: [Cloudflare] Unclickable Settings Page v3.0.5Hi @rdanamcd,
Can you give me some information about your wordpress blog’s domain? Which format is it in?
subdomain.domain.com?
domain.com?
domain.com/blog?3.0.5 is pretty stable, one of the last issues we’re in the process of debugging are like the one you’re experiencing – mapping the root domain from your cloudflare account to the wordpress blog’s url.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Can’t login with my email and API numberHi @xysiu,
There was only one fix in 3.0.5, and it wasn’t related to this issue. We still don’t know the root cause of your issue so we haven’t released a fix yet.
Would you please open a support ticket with us so we can debug further? Please include:

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Cannot activate itHi,
Its saying your version of PHP is 5.3.3, but this is less than 5.3.10 which is the minimum version necessary to run the plugin.
You’ll need to upgrade to at least 5.3.10+.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Would it be to much to ask?Hi,
I would expect the updates to slow down now as we’ve resolved a majority of the blocking bugs that were found in the 3.x releases. Before each release we test locally on our dev environments and we also have unit tests which we run before new code is committed.
We’ve learned a lot from this release. In my opinion these bugs weren’t due to lack of testing but rather due to the fact that our development environments were very different from the WordPress blogs our customers were running in production. We’re in the process of setting up a staging environment which more closely mirrors the environments we’re seeing bugs in so we’re able to catch these sooner.
Sorry about any inconvenience this has caused.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Incomplete update from 3.0.4?When he mentioned the “plugin interface” I assumed he meant the version at the bottom of the single page app located on wp-admin/options-general.php?page=cloudflare. This version is pulled from config.js.
@lukecavanagh brings up a good point though – where specifically are you seeing the incorrect version number?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Incomplete update from 3.0.4?Hi,
My assumption is its cached. If you look at wp-content/plugins/cloudflare/config.js is “version”:”3.0.5″?
What happens if you clear your browser cache and reload the page?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Worst Plugin Development of All TimeHi @onp,
Sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the 3.x updates. The release was unstable initially and we’ve been working hard to get it back to a good state.
The root cause of most of the issues we saw in the 3.x release in my opinion was the fact that our development environments didn’t reflect how our customers were using WordPress in production. We’re in the process of setting up a staging environment which more closely mirrors the types of setups we’ve seen from customers’ bug reports to help prevent issues like this in the future.
3.0.5 was released today and we expect it to be stable. If you have any outstanding issues please submit a support ticket so we can continue to fix them!
Thanks,

In reply to: [Cloudflare] No Development modeHi @adam320,
Can you explain in more detail what you mean by the switch disappearing? Does it show the wrong value or does the card no longer show up?
We released 3.0.5 today – is it possible you upgraded which overwrote config.js?
Thanks,
John
